I absolutely rave about the service at this hotel! Especially the receptionist – she was amazing! Instant replies and quick solutions; everything was addressed and resolved promptly – it was so great! If I needed anything, I just asked, and they immediately arranged it for me – incredibly efficient! This thoughtful and professional service is a huge plus for any trip to Xi'an. If I ever come back to this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! Highly recommend it!

I genuinely have to rave about this hotel, especially its facilities, which are truly exceptional and thoughtfully designed. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable; the mattress had just the right firmness, and they even offered a pillow menu! I chose a firmer one and ended up having such a sound sleep that I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next day. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the shower had fantastic water pressure, making the whole showering experience incredibly relaxing. Hot water was instant, and the in-room Wi-Fi was lightning-fast – perfect for streaming videos and gaming without any lag. The smart TV even offered screen mirroring, so watching movies from bed was pure bliss. The lighting was also bright, and everything felt brand new. Overall, my stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities completely exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I stayed for a week on a business trip, and it even surpassed my experience at the Grand Hyatt in Sanya!! I initially booked just one room, but then I convinced my colleagues to book five more! 😂 I wasn't familiar with hotels in Xi'an and just picked this one because it was near the subway, but it turned out to be an unexpectedly fantastic choice! Absolutely superb! The view from the view room was truly spectacular; you can see the famous fountain and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the hotel, which was an absolute treat to admire. The hotel service was also excellent. Since I was on a business trip, the staff helped me receive several packages for my event multiple times. Both their service attitude and the service itself were top-notch. After staying for a few days, I used their laundry and drying service, which left my clothes smelling wonderfully fresh. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Xi'an!
