The windows are very good. The hotel faces the street, but the noise is much smaller when the windows are closed. This is the best soundproofing I have seen in hotels in China! The only drawback is that there is no refrigerator in the room. It is very inconvenient not to have a refrigerator in such a hot place like Xi'an! Also, the air conditioner in the room never cooled down. From check-in to check-out, I kept the air conditioner at 16 degrees, but the room temperature remained at around 25 degrees. I don't know why...
