My husband and I finally escaped the noise of the city. The tables and chairs upstairs kept making noise. We came here to set up a small courtyard. Spring Guangcai leaked a row of cherry trees in the backyard. We cooked food and lay in the yard for an afternoon. I told my mother that the sky was very high and the world was very big. I was very good. Now there is a grid and a grid house in the city. It can't be called a room or a home. It is not much different from the bunk beds in the dormitory. It is still necessary to book a hotel to really feel life in such a courtyard! In addition to the bathing facilities, the water supply is indeed small, the others are not bad, especially the service, to send us to the room to introduce the facilities, the house is relatively clean and tidy, still very comfortable

Excellent location near the drum and bell towers and close to metro. Lots of great street food nearby! Stunning terrace with view of drum tower, beautiful during the day and at night! Arrived at 1am and the helpful staff at reception offered us a free breakfast. Food wasn’t that great for western options and probably would have been disappointed if I had paid for it but a lovely gesture from the staff. Coffee was good!! Room was clean and spacious with good AC. Would stay here again!!

I would like to give special compliment to this staff, Ms. Cherry, 小金。 she had been very helpful and polite ... She provide excellent service... and always served with a lovely smile, it make visitors feel at home... if I come back Xi'an again, I shall choose Ramada Bell Tower Hotel .

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

Excellent location at the South Gate, many things nearby and within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is a little hard to find as there are no signs, but with a little help from locals we found it. Only issue we had was last day the cold water was shut iff, plenty of hit water just no cold water, otherwise everything was great.

Had a good stay here. Room is very big for its price..bed is super cozy. Shower has strong pressure. Airconditioner is working nicely too. Location is ok too, its near the subway station and near the Xian wall. Breakfast is also abundant, mostly vegetables with a few meat dishes. Downside for breakfast is that there's no coffee, but its okay as there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Right beside the hotel is also a convenience store. Tv has no english channels, but it is a smart Tv. Wifi is strong in the room. One small downside was that there was some smell of cigarette on one evening. I think it was coming out from outside of our room. But it was only for a short time, luckily did not bother us that much. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, just next to the 广濟街Metro station. The famous Bell Tower is about 1 km away. The personnel is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I specially would like to thank mr Liu (刘浩) and Ms Wang (王文彤). I have asked them many questions and they are very helpful and enthuasiastic. The room is large and clean and quiet. I like the hotel but it's the people working there who made the most impression on me. A nice experience, a nice memory. Thank you Merlinhod.

The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the location is very prosperous, and travel is convenient. The hall is simple, grand, with a reasonable layout and light music, which is very pleasant to listen to. The front desk is beautiful and generous, the service is enthusiastic, proactive, efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, bright, comfortable, and clean hygiene. The mattress is comfortable, the water flows out quickly, the water temperature is good, and bathing is comfortable. The internet speed is fast, and the office is convenient. The room is tidy, clean and hygienic, with friendly room attendants, good service, quick and thoughtful movements. There is free laundry on the second floor, which is very convenient for cleaning clothes. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious, and the sour plum soup is also delicious. Xi'an is very beautiful, and the women here are all wearing their own traditional costumes.Very good, highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room. To our disappointment, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed. The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits. Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay.
