I was staying in the hotel one night, and was satisfied with location and environment. Friendly staff, they don't speak English but they was ready to find ways how to communicate, they tried to help as much as they can. I was supposed how big my room was, everything was clean and looked nice. The view from my room was directly to the city wall and it looked nice at night time. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the quality of coffee. In my next trip to Xian, I would like to stay at this hotel.

Everything about the hotel is amazing, from location to comfort to service! The staff will greet you at the hotel main lobby everyday, the room is perfect. Location is really convenient just right beside yongningmen train station. There are 3 shopping malls around the hotel, love it!

The interior of the room is consistent with the pictures on the website. The decoration style is also very appealing. The various facilities are beautifully arranged. The hygiene is very clean. I felt very at ease when checking in. The hotel is located in a busy area, in the city center. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The sound insulation is good. The air conditioning is cool. I slept very soundly throughout the night. I will choose this hotel for my next visit. l also had the service of the housekeeper, Linn, and it was impeccable! 清凉夏日下午茶，和丰盛的早餐

We had an enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel is a little dated but remains elegant. My children enjoyed the pool but it is too deep for young children who are still learning to swim. The gym changing rooms had a jacuzzi and sauna which I enjoyed but they should be more frequently cleaned. On arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room which was very kind of the hotel. The bathroom was especially grand with an electric toilet, great shower and seperate bathtub. The breakfast had plenty of options for both Western and Asian food. In terms of the location, it is a walk to the subway station or a short bicycle ride.

Our 3 night stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful and welcoming each day. The location is right next to the old wall, which you get a great view of from the outdoor terrace. Just be mindful that the reception is on an upper level via lifts, so the entrance from outside isn't immediately obvious. Look for glass sliding doors with lifts behind it and small black plaque stating Mehood Elegant Hotel. The hotel decor is lovely Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was excellent, decent size and facilities. Twin beds were spacious, each with bedside tables. Wash basin is behind a half partition within the bedroom. Then the toilet and shower are each in their own cubicle, behind the wash basin. So be mindful that you can see the bathroom area from the beds area but it was fine for us. Air con worked great. Robes and slippers provided. Self service laundry area was a welcome addition, with 3 washer dryers, detergent, hanging rail and clothes steamer. Breakfast was really excellent, mostly Chinese cuisine with some continental western options. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy walking distance of metro, shops and old wall.

The hotel service is very good. Every staff member will take the initiative to greet guests when they see them. You can really feel the atmosphere of a five-star hotel. Especially Ms. Ma Xiao, the front desk staff, is very polite, warm and thoughtful every time I meet her on the phone. On the day I left the hotel, Ms. Ma even called the porter to help with my luggage. The five-star service is perfect. The environment of the hotel is also very elegant. The restaurant has a very rich variety of breakfasts, including Chinese and Western food. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Xi'an in the future.

The most beautiful, charming and stylish hotel. Right next to the ancient walls. Has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the night illuminations of Xi’an. Great choice of a breakfast courses. Close to the metro.

Very good and recommendable stay. Clean rooms. WiFi could be faster and a bright light in the middle of the room - other than that no issues at all

It is an old hotel with old facilities but generally clean and considerate service. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Our family had a very good experience during the Spring Festival! The price is also very reasonable if you book in advance. Five-star praise!
