Xi'an Lianhu District 4-star Hotels

The hotel was great. It's location was very close to the city wall. The staff were really nice and kind. The room was clean. One thing for the hotel to improve: isn't better to completely separate the toilet from the corridor? I mean, of course it has a door, but it is open in the top of the door, and the door of toilet is not completely confined (So you can hear anything and smell anything😅.) Other than that, this hotel is great and if I come back to Xian, I will book it again. I also recommend this hotel for sure.

Both front counter staff and the cleaner all are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The lobby is cleaned very carefully every day and the cleaner helps to keep the room tidy and neat, with new towels and toilet paper available daily. Furthermore, the counter staff has helped with problems with a calm and patient attitude, for example, helping with location problems for booking a car to certain destinations as well as giving suggestions for restaurants for meals. The additional evening snack （雪茸银養）was free, delicious, healthy, not too sweet and suitable for all ages. Moreover, the coffee break was delightful, their coffee was great and their accompanying cookies had a flowery fragrance. Thank you 😊

The hotel lobby is clean, spacious and bright. There are free travel guides at the front desk. The service is also very warm and efficient. Basically, we can meet all your needs. The most important thing is that the price-performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend it.

If I could leave 10 stars instead of 5 - I definitely would. This is a lovely hotel with a great location - just 5 minutes from the Drum Tower and Muslim street market. Very clean, spacious rooms, all amenities are provided (slippers, toothbrush etc). But the main reason why I would rate it very high is the hotel's staff and particularly reception ladies. EXCEPTIONALLY helpful - I had issues with my airline and they helped me to sort it out, if you need anything (sewing kit, razor etc) - they'll arrange it for you right away. Massive THANK YOU - you are the example of what customer service really is❤️ If I ever come back to Xi'an - definitely will be staying in this hotel again 🥰

The hotel staffs service was great especially those at the front desk, can’t recall all their names .. San San and Ding Juen was marvellous, we spend 7 nights here and no regrets. They are helpful and caring too, they will assigned a 管家 for u the moment u checked in, which is 24 hours on call via WeChat on any assistance that we need .. from support on your tours suggestions and almost literally anything that relates to our trip, which we find it’s really helpful. The location is slightly away from the bustling town centre but it’s fine to us as the metro station is not far from the hotel and furthermore it’s ok to us as we mainly will just grab a cab to travel since the taxi fares is quite cheap. My wife was having a bad food poisoning ( it’s due to outside foods, not hotel food ) it’s happened mid night and needed ambulance, they assisted all the way and we was touched by the cares given, and surprised to receive a bouquet when we back to hotel. All in all, it was a great stay.

When traveling with my old mother, I have higher requirements for hotels. My impression of Vienna International Hotel here is: the hotel is very new, the facilities are very new, the living is very comfortable, the service is also very good, it is very convenient next to the subway entrance, and the front desk service is great!

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The lobby decoration style is unique, and the lighting is soft and the atmosphere is full. The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is reasonably designed with dry and wet separation. I especially want to praise the front desk lady, who took the initiative to ask about needs when checking in and recommended nearby specialty restaurants. The room aunt cleaned very carefully, and the bottom of the bed and the corners of the cabinet were wiped spotless. It is very close to the scenic spot, and it can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The cost performance is super high!

My family of 9 stayed in Xi’An Bell Tower Manxin Hotel for a week and it is by far the best hotels we hv stayed in our many recent trips to China. Love that it is newly opened just a few months ago and the location is a comfortable walking distance away to the Bell Tower and Hui Min Muslim Street. Lots of nice restaurants, eateries and shops surrounding the hotel and the metro station is also a short walk away. Fell in love with the hotel’s hardworking robot as well as the super clean and lovely laundry facilities which are free for guests to use. Hotel room is big. Breakfast spread is amazing too! It will remain my #1 choice when we revisit Xi’An for sure. Highly recommended!!!

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and a free laundry room, which is very friendly for a large group of people traveling. Hygiene: Nothing to say, the room is very new, the design is reasonable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. There are many people and they don't disturb each other. Environment: There is a nice leisure book bar in the lobby, where you can read and sit for a while. There is also health tea. Service: The reception is very enthusiastic and helped me push the box to the room directly. Check-out is also very fast. You can leave after putting down the room card, and the check-out time is no later than 4 pm. In general, I am very satisfied, and the children are also very happy. When we arrived at the hotel, they helped us upgrade the room for free, which is more spacious. This location is close to the subway and convenient for travel. They also gave our family mineral water when we went out. It's considerate

Very convenient location, right beside Bell Tower subway station. The hotel is on the fourth floor of the building, where the ground floor is a large food court with a great variety of food, open at 6am into late at night. Location is awesome, and service is good. There is free laundry service. I would recommend this location. It’s on the same subway line to Xi’an North railway, just 24mins ride, faster than driving.
