WARNING: This hotel is NOT close to Xiangyang East Station (which trip.com claims), but close to Xiangzhou railway station.
Staff is alright, and our room looked good and modern, but could use a bit more cleaning in the corners. The bathroom was very clean though.
The breakfast restaurant seemed to be closed, so the hotel offered us a breakfast from one of the nearby shops. Food was alright but didn't reflect the "delicious breakfast" rating that trip showed. Things may be different when the restaurant opens again.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I went there with the intention of giving it a try. The result was completely beyond my expectation. The front office service is very good.
