Nearby is a popular beef noodle restaurant and a snack street with many well-known restaurants, as well as shopping malls and coffee shops. Traveling is also very convenient. The G20 bus from Xiangyang East Station goes directly to the door. The key is that there is no price increase during the Spring Festival! So kind. We stayed for two days, and there were welcome fruits every day, and some small games for kids in the lobby on the first floor. It snowed the second day after we arrived. The manager in the lobby, wearing a long black coat, was very enthusiastic and helped us find the way. He even came out to walk us for a while, almost sending us there. He also lent us two umbrellas. Our naughty child broke our umbrella, but we were not asked to pay for it in the end. Overall, I felt the service was very good. The hotel faces the Han River and is next to the Fengchu Bridge. Ordinary rooms offer a side view of the river. Next time I come here, I will definitely book an executive room to see the front view. (The hotel is owned by Metroparks, the hardware is good, maybe there is less online marketing, I think it is much better than some budget hotels, it has the feeling of a traditional hotel, very reassuring)

The hotel has convenient parking, a good location, and is close to the ancient city for a good experience.

Every year when I go back to my hometown, I stay here, it feels like going home. The hotel is fully equipped, clean and hygienic, and also thoughtfully provides disposable toilet pads. The surrounding transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the popular beef noodle restaurant. The service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and fruits are delivered every day. Special thanks to housekeeper Wan and Li Jing for their enthusiastic service when I needed to process documents urgently. We will stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the Han River, close to Chenjiaxiang, Yiqiaotou, and People's Square. It is also very convenient to go to the ancient city. You can enjoy the scenery of the Han River and Yuliangzhou from the room. It's an old hotel with a sense of age, but the facilities and environment are still acceptable, especially the service is quite warm. During the May Day holiday, they were still very considerate from check-in to check-out, especially the two staff members Xiangxiang and Wanwan.

I have to give her a thumbs up. Disadvantages: First, about the swimming pool. I asked before I checked in and they said the hotel had a swimming pool. When I got there, my companions asked and the waiter said no... I asked again and they said it was not open. Then they said yes... ✅It is worth praising that the clothes are washed very clean and folded neatly! When I came here, there was no receptionist at the door. When I was leaving with my luggage today, I saw a receptionist before getting on the car, but when I turned around, I couldn't find him... ❌The hotel only gives 2 bottles of water a day. If you ask for more, you will be given a cold shoulder and a lecture. ❌The hand sanitizer is gone and no one is refilling it... 🥩The hotel's breakfast is average In short, objectively speaking, the hardware is good and the room is also good.
