前台小夥子很熱情，整個入住過程非常愉快，自帶停車場免費停車。上到客房映入眼簾的那些房間佈局很精緻清新，並且屋內各類室設施非常齊全，衞生也很細緻，特別表揚前台12號， 8號，9號，溝通起來特別順暢，非常有耐心，協助快速解決問題。很滿意的一次入住體驗，個人很推薦！房間與網上圖片別無二致，衞生狀況沒得説，乾淨，讓人入住無比放心，周邊交通極為便利，值得推薦！

房間乾淨衞生，已經連續住了兩晚了。酒店位置靠近馬路，交通便利。前台小帥哥非常熱情，得知工作很忙，還幫忙安排了洗衣服務。回到房間，衣服都已經洗好烘乾，晾在衣櫃裏。非常非常的暖心！！已經達到我所認可的五星級服務了，剛剛回來，然後準備退房，又是一位小帥哥，盯囑讓我不要着急，然後延遲一個小時，這裏的維也納酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，讓我真正感受到了服務至上，希望下次還能再入住這裏！！

回老家需要在襄陽中轉。這裏服務很好，房間乾淨，最重要的是寵物友好！我帶着家裡的柴犬入住，感覺真好。當然我自己帶了狗狗睡覺用的墊子，也用牽引繩，不給酒店添麻煩。下次還住這裏！
