I heard that the hotel is the original Rainbow Hotel, and it is open for trial operation. I came to experience it. Let me first talk about the guest rooms. There are free drinks, tea bags, mineral water, and welcome fruits in the rooms. The hardware facilities are impeccable, combining modern and classical styles perfectly. I personally like the decoration style very much. There is a free gym and laundry room on the top floor, which is a very thoughtful point. The laundry room not only provides free laundry detergent, but also comes with sewing kits, which is really meticulous. Checking out was in a hurry and I didn't have breakfast, which was a bit regrettable, but next time I come to Xianyang, I will definitely stay at Rainbow Hotel again!

These are the last two stops of our trip. Coming from Henan, we felt the same hospitality as in Shaanxi and Henan. The girl at the front desk provided thoughtful service, and the room was equipped with advanced facilities, from bedding to bathroom supplies. Parking outside was also very convenient. There is a 100-meter alley on the right hand side of the hotel where you can eat and shop. Later I learned that this was a hotel owned by the Rainbow Group, and I guessed it was the one that sold mosquito repellents. Very good, cost-effective.

非常滿意的一次出行入住體驗，沒有在房間裏拍上幾張照片實在可惜。從辦理入住開始身心就極其舒暢，前台服務周到，沒有記下戴眼鏡的女經理的姓名，衹能在此表達感謝，入住後有上門送一些小零食，房間內設備齊全，智能體驗良好，浴室寬敞，浴缸很大，窗外城景開闊視野很好，交通便利，下樓過個馬路就是龍湖商業街。走的時候前台封濛濛小姐幫了很多，在此表示感謝！下次再來咸陽彩虹酒店會成為我的首選。

酒店位置不錯，交通便利，住的舒服，設施也比較齊全，很新的酒店，大堂雅座也挺多的，私密性，環境好，前台服務業務能力較弱，第一天入住訂單上備註了不要靠近電梯，因為睡眠比較淺，到店詢問能否安排一個帶有沙發的房間，前台説我的房間是不帶沙發的，詢問前台是否可以幫忙升級一下，前台主動説和領導申請一下給升級到套房（開始我並沒有要求要住套房），後面辦理入住前台系統原因也暫時沒能給到房卡，前台帶上房間一看房間就正對着電梯，給升級了一個大點的落地窗房間，不是所謂的套房也沒一句解釋，我再和前台溝通不想要靠近電梯的，怕吵，前台告知最近入住率少不會吵讓我先住下不行再換，坐了一會酒店隔音不是很好，房間門是能聽到電梯開門，聯繫前台協商換房，前台又告知沒有套房了，也要和領導申請升級再回復，期間一直聯繫兩次都是告知先和領導申請（既然不是可以輕易升級為什麼開始主動提出？），12點一直等到1點，本來剛下飛機就不舒服，後面客房工作人員來帶看房，很熱情禮貌，主動幫忙拿行李，客房一來帶看又有套房了，神了，入住的第一天送了飲品和小麪包，很體貼，但是我的訂單都是分開下的，後面2天續住，訂單顯示還有飲品但是沒見送過了，房間第一天廁所有護理包，後面也沒有了

酒店大氣漂亮，附近吃飯逛街地鐵都挺方便，可以點外賣，騎手送到酒店，機器人送到屋。nice.房間很乾凈，非常注重床品和馬桶衞生，進屋查看了一圈，沒一點瑕疵，給保潔點贊，設施很齊全，房間還送有小零食，有免費的飲料和礦泉水，前台工作人員服務一級棒，特別是小艷小妹妹幫忙推薦路線和美食，超有耐心，是我目前住過體驗感最好的酒店。

出來散心選擇了這家酒店，意外的好，從前台到房間細節，我覺得比眾多四星強很多，衞生、舒適度、服務做到零瑕疵不容易。前台小姐姐很好看，臨時有工作處理要借用電腦，前台幫忙協調到位，很感謝。住了幾天突然想吃早餐，又是意外收穫，早餐品質超級好，有點後悔前些天一直沒吃早餐。處處用心的一家酒店，難得！
