Real review from a Malaysian, you can walk to the entrance of Siguniang Mountain! And the price is cheaper than those nearby. There is also the owner’s own restaurant downstairs. It’s delicious and comes with two bowls of rice~
*After reading the reviews, I was afraid of stepping on the wrong side, but I chose this one because it was within walking distance. In the end, I was lucky and didn’t encounter the problems mentioned in the negative reviews. I personally think it’s pretty good and will come back next time.

Like a state-owned enterprise hotel, the overall rules and regulations are very strict.
The restaurant on the first floor is delicious and waited for me. It is not objective to have only 3 points in Dianping. The cost performance is very high.
Environment: The gate of Shuangqiaogou in Siguniang Mountain is diagonally opposite, and it takes 3 minutes to walk there. The hotel parking lot is basically prepared for tourists, which is very convenient.
Service: It is quite satisfactory, not very good, but not bad.
Facilities: It is a bit old, but it has also been equipped with new equipment such as Xiaodu. The overall maintenance is good, and the bathroom sanitary ware is all OXO brand (never heard of it...)
Hygiene: This is a minus point, the bed is not cleaned.

The hotel is clean, almost all of the systems are automatic, and it is near the park entrance, so you can walk there and relax. It is very convenient. The owner of the hotel is very kind. My mother felt tightness in her chest and had difficulty breathing, so we rushed down to buy a can of oxygen. They sold it to us for 15 yuan, and also gave us a large oxygen pillow, and taught us how to use it. They said that if anyone else wanted to use it, they would give it to everyone, but the others were still okay, so they didn't want more. The next day, we planned to go up to the park, so we bought more canned oxygen, and they gave my mother an oxygen pillow to bring to the park. Normally, they only let us use it in their hotel, but they were very kind and let us use it in the park as well.

Welcome drink is warm ginger water. The room is spacious, clean. The floor has a heater. When you come out of the bathroom, it's not cold at all. You can lie down on the floor. The bed is soft, clean. The accommodation is spacious, cheap, near Si Khao Druna, less than 5 minutes by car. The price includes breakfast. The room is less than 100 baht. Very worthwhile. Booked 3 rooms, all my friends liked them.

We decided to come to Siguniang Mountain on a whim, so we didn't make any strategy in advance. When we arrived, we just wanted to stay in a random hotel. We thought that the hotels around the scenic spots would be disappointing, but in fact, they were not disappointing. CCKWe were supposed to stay in one of the accommodations in Scenic Area Shuangqiao Valley but the plan fell apart when we learnt that we'd be locked inside throughout our stay due to entry ticket requirement and we're not allowed to drive our car in
Out of desperation, we booked a room in this homestay and it turned out to the one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Unlike typical hotels and homestays, this one stood out for their unique character and warm hospitality
The room we stayed in was warm and cozy, immediately making us feel at home. Winter at Mount Siguniang was as magical as ever, with bright sunshine during the day and peaceful evenings. We spent time in the tea area of our room, sipping tea, chatting, and enjoying the stars. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. This was made possible with a very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness not only of our room, but the building as a whole
Dining experience was exceptional. Breakfast included freshly baked highland barley breads and plain but comforting congee that warmed our hearts and stomachs. The meals were thoughtfully prepared to suit our preferences, making us feel as though we were dining at home. Sister Chin's generosity and attention to detail extended even to helping us with laundry, ensuring every aspect of our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Best part of our stay would be the gather round fireplace in the lounge at night. Our hosts prepared hot tea and we chatted away the entire night.
This off-season visit felt even more comfortable than a peak-season trip, and we are so grateful for the hospitality that made this journey perfect. The family’s warmth and sincerity made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience, far beyond what we ever expected from a homestay.

This is small hotel that run by a family siblings and they are all very nice, friendly and taking care of our family. I booked 1 family room with 2 breakfast only, but they upgraded it to 2 room to us and with 4 breakfast without any changes at all. The room are well equipped with all the latest facilities, is much better than those international chain hotel. The breakfast is prepared by themselves, they specifically serve chinese glutinous rice ball this morning as today is 冬至 to all the chinese in the world.
They are so warm and they even walked to our car, wave and say goodbye to us. They made us feel we are in our home country.
Forgot to share, we had our dinner here, the food are superb nice with very reasonable price. 4 of us, we order 5 dishes, only cost us RMB 100

BBerry.monI would say many thank you to a guy who does an orthodontics. He carried 4 luggages from the building downstair to upstair where the car waiting to pick us up to drop at the parking. He has a full of service mind. We have very appreciated with his service without any help from his colleague.
For the accommodation, we are very disappointed with the room. Due to we booked the room with mountain view. When we checked-in, the staff said your room has the building block the view and they have no option for us, just let we know. We think might be okay. But when we arrived the room, very disappointed and speechless.
So if anyone would like to stay here, kindly check with the hotel first, if you wouldn't want to feel disappointed as us.
On the other, around there also have other hotel with good view with no building block the view.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue.
The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly.
For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail.
One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely!
If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

The room was thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the floor heating worked perfectly, making the room cosy even in cooler weather. The hotel provided an oxygen machine, which was a thoughtful touch for anyone adjusting to the altitude. The bathroom featured a modern Japanese toilet with a warm seat—small details that added a lot of comfort to our stay.
Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A standout moment was when we realised we’d forgotten an item in the room after checkout; the hotel kindly offered to mail it to us free of charge—such a thoughtful and generous gesture!

Pros:
- the hotel staff are very helpful and try to speak english to me as they can.
- the room is very beautiful, clean, warm, you can see many mountain! Very peaceful.
- the location is in the middle of the scenery, you have to entrance to the Siguniang, take the bus same as other tourist and you have to tell the driver.
- Since the location is in the scenery, you have to take 15 minutes from the entrance to the hotel. There is a hotel bus that can pick you up with ur luggage from 15pm. So that means you need to choose whether you will take a luggage with you to drop at the hotel by yourself or tell your private driver to contact the hotel and do it for you.
- the hot pot for our dinner is delicious
Cons:
- There were no food that sell around the hotel! No snack, no minimart, nothing but the hotel.
- Everything is really expensive in the hotel, I suggest you buy from outside. Be prepared!
- You need to contact the hotel first before you get in. If you are foreigners, it’s quite hard to do it dus to the language problems.
- if you once enter to the scenery, you cannot go out. If you go out, you need to buy a new ticket to get in.
If I find a peaceful place to stay, I might choose this one. In the middle of the scenery, peaceful mind, nice view, beautiful hotel. But I not recommend for foreigner as it hard to find food, no restaurant except the hotel restaurant that charge you.

SSashikaIt is home away from home. I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The check-in is smooth and fast, bed super comfortable, room beautifully decorated, warm, and cozy. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of vegetarian options. The bosses are wonderful people who are always willing to help and give advice to their customers. They will do their best to cater to your needs. They helped me multiple times arranging a taxi to scenic spots and eventually organising my transfer to Chengdu. They would also do many other cute little things that made my heart melt ❤️. I really felt at home. Thank you so much, my friends, for your care and constant support. I cannot be more grateful!
The location is great. The Shuangqiaogou scenic spot is within a walking distance, as well as a big supermarket where you can buy fruits and whatever you need. You have to take a taxi to the other two scenic spots, but it's no problem. You can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. There are also many restaurants within a walking distance.
I highly recommend this place to everyone who are looking for a cozy and friendly environment. It was a fantastic stay that exceeded my expectations!

The room itself was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a very effective heating system that kept us cozy throughout our stay.
What truly set this place apart was the owner's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing around the town, suggested good restaurants, and even helped us coordinate and book all our taxi trips. They even printed some documents for us free of charge and were always happy to assist with any needs we had, no matter how small.
We felt so well taken care of during our stay. If you're looking for a hotel with breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, look no further!

We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

It was already late when I arrived at the hotel, and the bumpy road made me feel very uncomfortable. But as soon as I entered the hotel, I felt warm, and the front desk lady enthusiastically brought me a cup of hot tea. It made me slowly calm down. The hotel's service is really considerate, completely beyond expectations, and must be praised. The hotel's bedding is very comfortable, and the pillows are prepared in two types, soft and hard, which is really considerate!
