"A beautiful & new hotel in the middle of the Valley, right inside the national park! Service was prompt, and the only advice id say is to enter and leave the park after 3pm so the hotel’s designated vehicle can pick you up, instead of having to lug your luggage up the shuttle bus (the ride up from the entrance to the hotel is a good 10 mins journey). The staff are always willing to help so do try to ask if they’re able to accommodate with the bags! The other suggestion I’d like to offer to the hotel is to provide more choices for dinner! (Eg having fried rice and some simple dishes, or sandwiches instead of hotpot which isn’t always suitable for foreign tourists) the breakfast spread was limited- I’d prefer if there was the option of yogurt, cereal and bread (especially if your customer base is from overseas). The stay is otherwise pleasant (there are bugs which i guess we are in nature after all! So if you’re terrified of bugs like centipede, dragonfly, you might not want to live in a hotel that’s right smack in the heart of nature!) and I’d stay here again if I were to return! :)"

"excellent service from staff. that girl staff very helpful and friendly. they provide transport to scenic area! the location is very close to shuangqao valley (around 5minutes) by car. the room is clean as in picture. the scenery from our balcony are so nice and magical! i would definitely come here again the owner is very helpful and so kind. they even arrange our bus next morning to chengdu and even help us drop n pickup my kid to hospital since my kid having a mountain sickness. thank you so much for your kindness. i really appreciate it ❤️ Love from malaysia! 🇲🇾"

"This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient,staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!"

"The room layout is excellent, with exceptional natural light. The morning sun felt wonderful on my face, and the private hot spring offered a great sense of privacy. The view of the snow-capped mountains outside the window was a beautiful contrast of snow and greenery, and there was a small stream outside the door, likely fed by melting snow – it was incredibly refreshing.
