GGuest UserI stayed here around mid-April, and I usually don’t bother leaving reviews for places I book on Trip.com—but this one really stood out.
The service was honestly top-notch from start to finish. The staff were warm, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. Since the hotel is inside the attraction area, they provide a car to send you in and out. We manage to contact them through wechat before arrival and the transport arrangement was hasslefree. The receptionist/driver (大强哥 was super polite and helpful—he even helped us sort out our bus back to Chengdu when we couldn’t get tickets ourselves, which saved us quite a bit of stress.
The room itself was cozy, very clean, and well-equipped with modern tech. But the highlight is definitely the view. The room faces the four peaks, and with the large windows and balcony, you get a direct, unobstructed view of the mountains. You are greeted by the moutain on your raisable bed first thing in the morning.
We didn’t try dinner as we had other plans, but breakfast was excellent. Both options they offered were well done, and we enjoyed it a lot.
Another nice touch—when we were taking photos in the living room area, the staff even helped set up studio lighting for us, which made a big difference. We ended up getting some really great shots during our stay.
There is some renovation and expansion going on outside, but it didn’t really bother us. If anything, I’m quite curious to see how the place will look once it’s completed.
Overall, for the price, I think it’s absolutely worth it. Great service, amazing views, and a very comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back if I visit this mountain again.

从入住到离开，服务可以说是无可挑剔。工作人员都非常热情、乐于助人，而且给人感觉很真诚。因为酒店位于景区内，他们会提供接送服务。我们在到达前通过微信联系，整个接送安排都非常顺利、完全不用操心。前台兼司机 (大强哥) 人特别好，非常有礼貌又热心——当时我们自己买不到回成都的车票，他还帮我们搞定了，帮我们省了不少麻烦。
房间本身很温馨，也非常干净，配备了不少现代化设备。不过最让人惊艳的还是景观。房间正对四姑娘山四座山峰，大落地窗加阳台，视野完全无遮挡。早上从可升降的床上醒来，第一眼就是壮丽的山景，这种体验真的很难忘。
晚餐我们没有在酒店吃，因为已经有其他安排，但早餐非常不错。他们提供的两种选择都做得很好，我们都很喜欢。
还有一个小细节挺加分的——我们在客厅区域拍照的时候，工作人员还主动帮我们布置了摄影灯光，让照片效果提升了不少，最后拍到了很多满意的照片。
酒店外面目前有一些扩建和装修工程，不过对我们的体验影响不大。反而让我有点期待，等全部完工后会变成什么样子。
整体来说，以这个价格来看，我觉得非常值得。服务优秀、景色惊艳、住得也很舒适。如果以后再来这里，我一定还会选择这家酒店。

GGuest UserI chose this guesthouse because I've recently been getting into mindfulness meditation. The concept of a 'meditation hotel under the snow-capped mountains' really resonated with me. The person who came up with this idea is a lovely woman who also owns the hotel. It's a shame I didn't get to meet her during my two-day stay, but I was lucky enough to be there during a heavy snowfall. It snowed at night and cleared up during the day. Some people wait a whole year for snow and don't get it, yet we stumbled upon it. On the flip side, some travelers came during bad weather and couldn't even see the snow-capped mountains.
I recall a quote in the guesthouse's elevator that said, 'Meet the snow-capped mountain in your heart.' In truth, the mountain is already within us, yet people are always searching for the one they can see with their eyes.
This guesthouse offers every convenience you could possibly imagine, and then some. I won't list them all here, but I urge my friends to choose this guesthouse without hesitation.

There's also a long stretch of stairs to get to the hotel from where a car can alight us. Of course, the staff are helpful to bring our luggages up.
If you like animals, there are 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats to accompany you.
The room is a little stuffy but it is good to open the windows to avoid that.
The staff are really friendly and helpful - props to them!
The food served at dinner, the grill, is amazing.

IInaz Ab.llahWe stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby.
The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS.
We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the visitor center, making it super easy to get in and out for trips to Changpinggou. The hotel's housekeeper was incredibly attentive, proactively helping with luggage and even assisting with planning our itinerary. They also thoughtfully advised us on precautions for high-altitude travel, which made our stay very reassuring. The room was spotless, and the bed was soft and comfortable. It's equipped with floor heating, so it wasn't cold at all at night, and there's even an oxygen machine, which is a lifesaver for anyone experiencing altitude sickness – highly recommended! Most importantly, the service here is excellent!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and well-lit, and it was tidied up perfectly. The surroundings are great, with many small shops and mini-marts nearby, making it convenient for buying things. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and proactively asked about my well-being, even offering to help with my luggage. For those who enjoy hiking, this is a great place to stay as it's very close to Changpinggou, just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance. I picked this hotel randomly and it definitely didn't disappoint; it's really good!

SSampeakThe boss is very enthusiastic. Both rooms are great. The room design is great. Especially the cooking skills of the sister are great. We are very satisfied with the two meals she made for us. They are clean and sanitary, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is great! I just hope that the French windows will be cleaned in time after the rain. The mountain view will be better when the curtains are opened👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe location is great, across from the Changpinggou Tourist Service Center. The room has a mountain view, but there's construction going on right in front. This newly built B&B is spacious and clean, with an elevator. You can also eat in the lobby on the first floor, which is quite convenient. The owner is also very welcoming.

When I would like to go back to Chengdu, the staff supported me and found a Van to pick me up at the hotel.
I think this place is only one where you can have milk tea.
