Xiaojin Hotels with Gym

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Wow, best hotel of our trip in western Sichuan! It's inside the valley and everything was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, warm and exactly what you need after a long day of traveling. Food was great for dinner and breakfast. They have great coffee and other drinks as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Super recommended!

It was raining and the temperature was only 9 degrees in June, which was freezing. Fortunately, the inn had floor heating at night, otherwise I would be woken up by the heat in the middle of the night. The room was large, with floor-to-ceiling windows that had a direct mountain view. The river was too noisy, and I couldn't fall asleep without closing the windows, but the glass had good sound insulation. The inn is at the end of Siguniang Mountain Town, with a spacious parking lot. Parking is difficult in the entire town

I stayed 1 night and choose floor heating room. The room is clean & spacious. Bathroom is clean and has smart toilet, for my daughter who cant be use squat toilet. This is good. It has TV and wifi. The staff was very friendly, i ask mi fan and coffee. Also ask oxygen, she gave me free🙏🏻😄 xie xie ni. If you want to go to shuangqiaoguo scenic spot it is 8km from the hotel you can ask local taxi it only 45rmb for 3 ppl. You can get breakfast and dinner here. If you cant eat spicy food. You can ask like yang chow fried rice or soup. Nice place for stay. Only the staff cannot speak english, so it is a little difficult for international tourist like us. But you can communicate with google translate.

Facilities: quite comprehensive, the toilet 🚽 is also smart, and there is no cold butt in winter! The room has floor heating and humidifier, super large TV 📺 and can cast the screen ~ There is also a bar, a large terrace, and a restaurant in the B&B 🍴 There is also a small can of candy and tea in the room. Heartwarming little things hehe 😚 Environment: quiet and elegant, comfortable and pleasant! In the bar and terrace, it is really great to roast fire and cook tea in winter! You can also see the stars in the sky at night 💫 Service: The beautiful boss is really enthusiastic! A little bit overwhelmed ~ a good boy! The service is super invincible 👍🏻 In the evening, they prepared a heater for us because they were afraid that we would be cold! After coming down from Siguniang Mountain, they also picked us up and sent us to the B&B 🏨 Order in advance and you can eat hot yak beef hot pot when you return to the B&B restaurant 🍲 Special note 📝 Rice noodles for breakfast! Fried chicken is delicious!!!

Environment: Paradise on earth. Perfect for relaxing. Sitting outside and looking at the snow-capped mountains. I feel very happy. Service: The store manager greeted us at the door as soon as we arrived! She arranged for us to check in and poured hot water for us as soon as possible. She was so considerate. She also arranged for a brother to deliver our luggage! Facilities: Projection. You can watch movies while lying on the bed (membership has been charged for us, so all movies can be watched for free). Floor heating and hot water are all available! Even the toilet seat cover is prepared! Full of details. I will come again with my family next time.

Wow! This hotel is so convenient! It's not far from the entrance of Changpinggou Scenic Area. You can go there in two steps, which saves a lot of time! The key is that their service is really super, super enthusiastic! The guys and girls at the front desk all greeted us with a smile, and the check-in was very fast. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they took the initiative to ask if we needed help. It was really considerate! The parking lot is also large enough, and you can park indoors or outdoors without worrying about the car being exposed to the sun. There is also an elevator! It's not difficult to carry the luggage upstairs, which is very friendly to those with elderly children or many boxes! The breakfast is self-service, and there are so many varieties, hot porridge, noodles, snacks, and everything. Eat well and go out to play, it's great! I strongly recommend it to everyone, the service is amazing!

It was so unexpected. When we walked into this hotel, the staff treated us like old friends. It was really a kind and warm feeling. The room has floor heating and diffuse oxygen supply, which is very comfortable. It was a little late to arrive at the hotel at noon, so Lina asked the chef to cook for us separately. After returning from the scenic spot, we watched the large-scale song and dance performance ”Wedding under the Mountain of God” in the evening. We could eat hot pot while watching it. The scene was grand and interactive. It was really a spiritual enjoyment. Here, I would like to especially thank our butler Chen Caoyong for his care for us and give him a big thumbs up.

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
