Find the Best Romantic Hotels Xiaojin

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Wow, best hotel of our trip in western Sichuan! It's inside the valley and everything was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, warm and exactly what you need after a long day of traveling. Food was great for dinner and breakfast. They have great coffee and other drinks as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Super recommended!

The main building has large floor-to-ceiling windows, especially the cliff view room we stayed in, where you can enjoy the snow-capped mountains, sea of ​​clouds, and starry sky while lying on the bed. The room has modern facilities, equipped with floor heating, smart toilets, imported mattresses, etc., which can ensure comfort even in high altitude areas. Yak hot pot, ******* pork rib noodles, buffet breakfast, Chinese stir-fry and other Cantonese dishes are diverse, with fresh ingredients and a variety of choices. The dining experience of the cliff restaurant is perfectly integrated with the natural landscape. Most of the hotel staff are locals, warm and simple.

I booked a random B&B, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room I booked has a 270-degree panoramic view with a private bath. The environment is great, the facilities are very sophisticated, my husband praised the boss's taste, and the service is also very good and sincere. I would like to praise the handmade coffee of the front desk lady. I hope to have the opportunity to come to Siguniang Mountain again, and I also hope that this treasure B&B can be chosen by more tourists.

There is no food around the hotel, so generally you can only eat at the foot of the mountain or in the hotel. Before check-in, the hotel customer service added the reserved number on WeChat, but this WeChat was not used by the person. After they sent the message about dining to WeChat, no one actually received the message. The hotel assumed that the residents knew about it because they had sent the WeChat message, and did not take the initiative to contact and confirm or inform them by phone. As a result, during the National Day holiday, there was no dinner available after arriving at the hotel due to traffic jams in the mountainous area. When we negotiated with them, the hotel also used the WeChat message they had sent as an excuse that they could not provide meals without advance reservations. I personally feel that this kind of service is better off not being done halfway.
