What a pleasant surprise for our first stop on our western Sichuan road trip! The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the owner is very detail-oriented. There's even an oxygen supply in the room, and the service was amazing and super attentive! The hotel also has fantastic views, which was very therapeutic! The yak hotpot was the best we had on this entire western Sichuan trip! Highly recommend!!!

I chose this guesthouse because I've recently been getting into mindfulness meditation. The concept of a 'meditation hotel under the snow-capped mountains' really resonated with me. The person who came up with this idea is a lovely woman who also owns the hotel. It's a shame I didn't get to meet her during my two-day stay, but I was lucky enough to be there during a heavy snowfall. It snowed at night and cleared up during the day. Some people wait a whole year for snow and don't get it, yet we stumbled upon it. On the flip side, some travelers came during bad weather and couldn't even see the snow-capped mountains. I recall a quote in the guesthouse's elevator that said, 'Meet the snow-capped mountain in your heart.' In truth, the mountain is already within us, yet people are always searching for the one they can see with their eyes. This guesthouse offers every convenience you could possibly imagine, and then some. I won't list them all here, but I urge my friends to choose this guesthouse without hesitation.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location and surroundings were so peaceful and calming it honestly felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts was having the entire floor to ourselves, which made the stay feel even more private and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly, and the hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Another thing we loved was how convenient the location was. There are plenty of nearby shops and cozy cafés within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area at a relaxed pace. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. One of our favourite stays during our trip!

The room was spotless, and from the window, I could gaze at Mount Balang. Stepping out into the courtyard, I enjoyed views of Mount Balang on one side and Mount Siguniang on the other – truly delightful. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Since my elderly mother was with me and experienced some altitude sickness, the staff showed great concern and care. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Considering we were in the mountains, the accommodation quality was excellent. Plus, their golden retriever and Mimi (the small dog) were both so well-behaved. Many thanks again to the owner for their wonderful service and good cheer during our stay.

This hotel is excellent! The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. It’s close to the park—you can even walk there. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The room had great natural light, and the facilities were all in excellent condition and well-equipped, including an oxygen machine and a humidifier. The front desk staff, especially one of the ladies, was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and paid attention to every detail. The hotel maintained excellent hygiene, with no unpleasant odors. The location is superb, making it very convenient to get to Changping Valley Scenic Area. Overall, the value for money is outstanding!

Staying at this hotel in Siguniang Mountain was such a pleasant surprise! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, even proactively picking us up at the hotel, which was very thoughtful. The guesthouse itself is clean and comfortable, with unique decor that's perfect for photos. You can enjoy tea and listen to music, creating a really healing and relaxing atmosphere. I was even more surprised to learn that Li Xian and Yang Di have stayed here – that definitely adds to the experience! The attention to detail is excellent too; they provide oxygen equipment, which is reassuring for altitude sickness, and you can even try on ******* clothes. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! 👍

During our stay, we returned from hiking feeling very cold and requested an extra blanket. The owner was incredibly understanding and immediately helped us. Thanks to his kindness and the comfort he provided, we well-being, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. To be honest, the owner treated us more like a younger brother than a guest. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel at home. We already miss him. I promise that I will come back again, and next time I will bring many more hikers and travellers from my country to experience this wonderful place. The underfloor heating was a great bonus, and parking was convenient. The owner was also very welcoming. You do have to go out for meals. The hot water was good, but the projector quality was a bit underwhelming. The toilet flushes with the slightest movement, which I'd recommend fixing!

Very friendly ladies running this comfortable and affordable hotel. In a quiet part of town and with a very cute golden retriever. Room has floor heating and electric blankets. Be careful with leaving your luggage on the floor at night as the floor can get quite warm! The location is a bit far from the valley ticket office (as far as we understood you have to go there to enter all three valleys). You can walk it in have an hour or pay a slightly overpriced but still affordable taxi. If you go hiking multiple days doing the same walk to the ticket office gets a bit annoying. Some lower stars for the service because the experience of asking for transport back to chengdu was a bit disappointing. We asked if there was a way to go to chengdu the next day at 5 pm (so we could still go hiking). They said they could arrange a car, but not at 5PM. They then suggested 8 or 9 am in the morning. We agreed, thinking to catch an early train to Kunming and relax in our next hotel. Next morning we packed and presented at the reception at 9AM to hear that the car was delayed until 11AM! We got some extra breakfast and returned to find out there was more delays (apparently the car drove from chengdu in the morning). We eventually left shortly after 12. Tbe car proceed to driver very dangerously, overtaking in blind corners and even in tunnels! We were left at the western outskirts of chengdu and had to ride the subway for an hour to catch the last train to Kunming, arriving exhausted after midnight.
