The hotel has a restaurant, Chinese food is 80 yuan, hot pot 128, we ordered hot pot, for Cantonese, the materials are not cost-effective, plus high reaction, even more in the mood to eat, but the service of the hotel is superb, The little brother is super good and helped us a lot. Because there was an emergency on the same day, a few friends could not enter the scenic spot before 3 pm. We bought tickets at that time. The little brother helped pick up the friends. In the evening, the little brother ran back from the outside and helped us soak up. We also sent us oxygen tanks. Pros: - the hotel staff are very helpful and try to speak english to me as they can. - the room is very beautiful, clean, warm, you can see many mountain! Very peaceful. - the location is in the middle of the scenery, you have to entrance to the Siguniang, take the bus same as other tourist and you have to tell the driver. - Since the location is in the scenery, you have to take 15 minutes from the entrance to the hotel. There is a hotel bus that can pick you up with ur luggage from 15pm. So that means you need to choose whether you will take a luggage with you to drop at the hotel by yourself or tell your private driver to contact the hotel and do it for you. - the hot pot for our dinner is delicious Cons: - There were no food that sell around the hotel! No snack, no minimart, nothing but the hotel. - Everything is really expensive in the hotel, I suggest you buy from outside. Be prepared! - You need to contact the hotel first before you get in. If you are foreigners, it’s quite hard to do it dus to the language problems. - if you once enter to the scenery, you cannot go out. If you go out, you need to buy a new ticket to get in. If I find a peaceful place to stay, I might choose this one. In the middle of the scenery, peaceful mind, nice view, beautiful hotel. But I not recommend for foreigner as it hard to find food, no restaurant except the hotel restaurant that charge you.

The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I would say many thank you to a guy who does an orthodontics. He carried 4 luggages from the building downstair to upstair where the car waiting to pick us up to drop at the parking. He has a full of service mind. We have very appreciated with his service without any help from his colleague. For the accommodation, we are very disappointed with the room. Due to we booked the room with mountain view. When we checked-in, the staff said your room has the building block the view and they have no option for us, just let we know. We think might be okay. But when we arrived the room, very disappointed and speechless. So if anyone would like to stay here, kindly check with the hotel first, if you wouldn't want to feel disappointed as us. On the other, around there also have other hotel with good view with no building block the view.
