Despite the cold, the staff’s warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. The 管家 was very helpful in guiding us on what to prepare for our trip. We were also upgraded to a room with the best view, which made our stay even more special. The next morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast before setting off. Although there was no tourist bus to take us to the entrance, they arranged a private car for us and even contacted our driver to ensure a smooth departure.

What surprised me most was the floor heating, which was especially warm at night, and there was no need to worry about the cold at high altitudes. I stayed in the off-season, and the boss specially arranged a room with a great view, with large floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides! When the weather is good, you can see the magnificent peaks of Mount Siguniang and Mount Balang while lying in bed. The boss's craftsmanship is also great. The barley cakes he made are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the butter tea is rich and mellow. He also recommended the tour route and kindly reminded the weather and precautions. Such environment and service are really cost-effective. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Mount Siguniang for travel!

I stayed 1 night and choose floor heating room. The room is clean & spacious. Bathroom is clean and has smart toilet, for my daughter who cant be use squat toilet. This is good. It has TV and wifi. The staff was very friendly, i ask mi fan and coffee. Also ask oxygen, she gave me free🙏🏻😄 xie xie ni. If you want to go to shuangqiaoguo scenic spot it is 8km from the hotel you can ask local taxi it only 45rmb for 3 ppl. You can get breakfast and dinner here. If you cant eat spicy food. You can ask like yang chow fried rice or soup. Nice place for stay. Only the staff cannot speak english, so it is a little difficult for international tourist like us. But you can communicate with google translate.

This was the best hotel of our China trip! Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and the room was spotless with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. When my father experienced a bit of dizziness due to the high altitude, the staff quickly brought him an oxygen machine along with a special tea to help ease the symptoms — such thoughtful care! Dinner at the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff looked after us throughout the entire meal, and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was unique and delightful, and the morning latte they served was absolutely perfect .
