This is the worst hotel I stayed in during this trip. We stayed in Xichang for one night on our way back from Lijiang. We drove all day and were already very tired. When we arrived, they gave us the last two rooms on the top floor, but said that they were all booked because we were late. That was fine. Environment: The room on the top floor is too narrow, the doors and windows are too small, it feels like the room is separated by itself, it's too small Hygiene: The worst thing is that the whole room is filled with the smell of toilets. It's really awful. When I lie on the bed, I feel like the toilet is right in front of me. It's so uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep well all night. The soundproofing is not good either. I can hear other people talking early in the morning. I usually don't write reviews, and I won't give bad reviews easily. The main reason is that I was so tired after driving all day, and the two rooms I was given were like this. It was really uncomfortable. If you had told me earlier that there were no good rooms, I could have checked out and booked another one. But when I arrived, they told me that there were only two rooms like this left. I was speechless.

The room, which costs more than 500 yuan or nearly 600 yuan per room, is so small! There was no egg for breakfast! Not to mention soy milk and milk, don’t even think about it! It's so bad. I reported it to the front desk on the first day. They said they had reported it and the eggs needed to be delivered in batches! I feel dizzy

I stayed at the same chain store at Chengdu South Station the day before and had a good impression I didn't expect the quality to drop so much in Xichang. 1 The whole building is a renovation of an old house, which looks old and uncomfortable 2 After checking in, the TV could not be turned on (later found that the hidden switch was turned off). I called the service and waited for a long time before someone came in and said he didn't know how to fix it. I continued to wait but no follow-up. Then another skilled person called and finally fixed it. 3. The slippers provided in the room are very worn out (compared to the one in Chengdu), with obvious signs of wear and dirt. 4 The most amazing and exaggerated thing is that the room lighting (full light mode) lights up uncontrollably from 2 am. I was awakened by the flash and pressed the "sleep" mode to restore. After a while, it lights up again. This happened many times until 5 am (it is said that the room lighting system may be cross-wired with the corridor sensor light, but it has not been confirmed) Because of the experience in this hotel, I decided to end my trip to Xichang early. It was a very exaggerated experience.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room layout is modern and comfortable. The room is very clean. The hot water is stable. The bathroom is a smart toilet. 在網上看到這個酒店説是新裝修的，特意定的豪華大床房，結果前台安排在六樓，進去一看房間小的不能再小，衞生間很小，一次性拖鞋薄薄的一層質量太差差點滑倒，水也是一會兒熱一會兒冷的，電視也打不開，窗簾脱鈎也拉不攏，開始以為窗户沒有關嚴有噪音，窗户關好噪音也是太大，想説看看手機過一會兒應該沒有噪音了，結果等到半夜3點那個噪音越來越大，後面打電話到前台説是中央空調的主機，一晚上吵的睡不着，後面換了一個房間窗簾也是脱鈎拉不攏，房間裏就是翻新了一下門跟椅子都是壞的，折騰快天亮了好不容易説可以休息一下了，早上陽光照進來太刺眼，一晚上就沒有睡好，睡不着想説去吃個早餐就退房了，六樓客房就在餐廳旁邊，餐廳很小人多還要排隊沒有位置，窗户衹有一點點光線照進來，黑黢黢的，沒有見過這麼差的早餐，幾樣東西擺在哪裡，稀飯也是清湯寡水的，感覺是頭天吃剩的加點水隨便煮一下的，牛奶跟豆漿居然沒有杯子，還得到處去找碗筷，體驗太差，不會再預訂。

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，酒店擁有很大的停車場，自駕遊非常友好。酒店 設施齊全舒適寬敞，一般酒店提供免費礦泉水2瓶，該酒店提供4瓶免費飲用礦泉水，非常人性化。乾濕分離衞生間🚻，智能馬桶，而且還提供大號無菌馬桶墊。床品乾淨整潔舒適，前台服務員熱情接待，服務周到。值得推薦。
