I have stayed in this hotel several times, and each time I had a good experience. I was upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, which made it comfortable. The hotel has afternoon tea and supper, and the breakfast is also rich. I would like to especially thank Luo, the head of the housekeeping department, for helping me get the clothes that were drying on the roof to the room before it rained heavily. His service attitude was particularly good, enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful. Good review!

1、辦理入住時前台衹有一個工作人員且已經有好幾個人排隊在等候辦理入住了，效率非常低，雖然看得出來她也很想提高效率但是真的很慢，同時弄弄也沒弄好，後面的人一直等起在，第一次見到辦理入住還要排隊的。2、並沒有主動説早餐在幾樓還有早餐的時間，也沒有發早餐券，詢問了之後才説的直接上去就可以不需要早餐券。3、沒有提示説電梯在哪邊，一般來説都會説的吧？而且電梯很難等，且有臭味（也有可能是乘坐的一些人身上的味道）。4、看網上評價説有手工蛋卷、咖啡贈送以及有免費夜宵，蛋卷和咖啡並沒有贈送甚至沒有提到！（我訂的房型是明確表示會有蛋卷贈送的）前台也沒有説有夜宵可以在什麼時候去吃。5、去吃早餐，想要工作人員煮一碗米粉，喊了好多聲都沒有聽見，因為他們在裏面洗碗好像是然後聊天很大聲，根本聽不到。早餐種類也不多非常簡單。真的很少評價也是第一次差評酒店，入住體驗感太不好了完全就是0服務，還是所謂上班了高檔酒店的酒店，真的不理解，經常出差住酒店，第一次有這樣差勁的體驗感。

説實話這個酒店性價比也太高了，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，服務更是好的沒話説，有茶歇，宵夜，晚上還有工作人員送小甜品，早餐也特別豐富，每一個工作人員態度都特別好，尤其是前台小李和王主管服務很好，我都驚訝這是200多定的房嗎😂，下次來西昌還住這。
