房間乾淨衞生、漂亮整潔、前台人員服務態度非常周到！電腦也很通暢、房間熱水供應很足！ 這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，會推薦給朋友，以後來西昌就住這家了！

需要住宿，也喜歡打遊戲，在攜程上瀏覽時發現這家電競酒店後下單入住。電腦同時兩個開端都不卡，前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，因為這段時間有點熱，懶得出去去買飲料差不多把房間的飲料都喝光了，結果飲料價格和外面的一樣便宜。因為一般酒店東西都比外面貴，我以為按金被扣完了，結果衹扣了我10多元，住到中午一點過也也沒有收超時費，所有住過的酒店中最良心的一家酒店了，以後到西昌那裡都不去住就住這家酒店了。停車也特別方便。下次把我愛車開來多住幾天[微笑]

服務不好，淋浴壞的，房間感覺和標註的平方數對不上，一進去煙味很大，叫工作人員處理了兩次，後面進去沒有很大的味道，枕頭的煙味也很大，被子上可能是灰吧，第二天起來沒看到了，覺得麻煩沒有工作人員處理，因為洗浴用品上有其他人的毛髮，讓工作人員更換順便拿了一個袋子，再次打電話詢問有沒有小一點袋子時，工作人員以忙對我發脾氣，説我來回折騰她10幾回，隔音很不好，對錯各位自會評判，如果對服務和衞生有要求的慎重

位置還行，離火把廣場和邛海濕地公園都很近，房間與實際不符，房間很小，放置2台電腦，已經沒有多餘空間，大床沒有1.8米
