The front desk service was excellent, especially Yao Yao and Xiao Xue, and the restaurant staff were also very welcoming. Overall, our stay was very comfortable. We mainly came for hiking, and this was our third visit. We finally completed the entire Line 2, which was quite challenging. We'll definitely be back for more challenges!"
