房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務周到。早餐的種類很豐富，非常好吃。室內的衞生間面積也很大，非常舒適。

訂的家庭房，初到酒店看到門口修路有點小失望，進房間後給了驚喜，房間面積很大，床品乾淨，走廊房間都有地毯，夜間很安靜，早餐品種雖然不多，但品質很高，非常好吃，看出酒店的管理品控非常到位，非常贊！

房間都沒問題。 服務人員太差勁。 本人於4月9號在攜程軟件上定了5-8 號的房間，4月30號發現定錯了，這個房間是做高考考生用，然後聯繫酒店，第一通去電見第一張圖片，前台接説做不了主一會經理回電話，幾分鐘後賓館回電，經理親口説的可以，就直接6號來，住到9號就行。這樣協商溝通好了之後，我於大上週五再次確認，就是第二張圖片去電，前台説:放心吧，經理同意了就沒問題，結果今天晚上八點，第三張圖片經理上海電話:第一句話就問我今天什麼時候入住，我説之前不是溝通好了嗎，他就拒不承認了，一直在説現在我就認攜程平台這個時間，他説他沒説過那話。一個酒店服務人員還是經理，就這種服務態度，答應了顧客可以更改時間，不記下來，忘了還矢口否認，192塊錢，拒不承認自己的疏忽!我沒錄音是我的問題，但是這人的良心何在?大丈夫一言既出駟馬難追。就這麼欺負消費者。吃虧買教訓，以後做什麼都要錄音，有錄音我看你還怎麼狡辯。你自己做沒做這事兒你心裏清楚。不能在法律層面維護自己的合法權益，那你就要受到道德層面的譴責！
