Cleanliness: I stayed in a business twin room and it was very clean, nothing to say. Facilities: Very close to Tangdao 637 and Wanda Plaza. There is also Haihu Wetland Park Campground next to it. It is close to the highway intersection and is very convenient to various attractions. Living alone, the room is very cozy and equipped with a humidifier. Service: The staff are very nice. If there is a problem at two o'clock in the middle of the night, someone will deal with it immediately. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects, recommended!

入住感受特別好！酒店地理位置非常好！離海湖萬達 唐道637 青海體育中心都特別近。大堂非常闊氣，前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務非常熱情，客房衞生乾淨設備設施齊全，早餐豐盛可口，米線特別好吃，下次還會選擇繼續入住。

酒店好像開的時間不長裝修很新,房間佈局合理,主要乾濕分寓，馬桶和洗浴是分開的！和對象早上就不用爭了😂
設施都不錯，花灑出水真的很舒服
水壓充足。還配備各種茶葉！咖啡和加濕器
房間的東西毛巾啥的都很乾凈蓬鬆,床墊我覺得挺合適！
前台工作人員都很盡責周到，行李也送到了房間！還有自助的洗衣烘乾！價格也特別親民。地下停車場都可以停車，離開前跟前台電話報了下車牌號就是免費的
非常好的體驗，真的是非常推薦！

這次的出行山曉臻品飯店給我留下了深刻的印象，也是因為酒店真誠的態度和專業的服務讓我們對大西北的這種城市有了新的好感。這次出行是自駕遊，從別的地方開車到達西寧，酒店裝修很時尚温馨;房間大小適中，床品很舒服。在酒店入住後房間遇到了一些小問題，因為入住時間比較晚了也就沒有找工作人員來解決，退房時前台員工詢問了我的入住體驗，當時就隨口提了一句，沒想着太計較，但當班的經理從辦公室聽到後立馬出來跟我瞭解詳細情況，並且非常積極的進行跟進和道歉，拿出來非常誠懇的態度讓我很感動，其次內心感覺很舒服、很温暖，強烈推薦這家酒店，希望酒店越來越好，以後有機會一定還會來的!

離商業街挺近的，步行就能到夜市，到各個景點都比較方便，旁邊就是萬達廣場，很大，吃喝玩樂都有。酒店新裝修的，還有機器人服務，酒店一樓的公共區域也很棒，可惜來去匆匆都沒能好好體驗一下。床品很舒服，是我出行睡得最好的一晚。服務人員也很熱情，有求必應，我需要指甲剪，前台都能立馬給我送上來，特別好用，還有洗衣機和烘乾機不要太方便，非常滿意的一次出行

非常好的入住體驗，前台服務很好，辦理入住人多等待了一會，但態度很熱情，服務到位，做了解釋，還送了入住小禮品。房間設施也很新，新開的酒店，給我還免費升級了房型，因為西寧天氣乾燥，房間還提供加濕器，非常不錯，位置不錯離萬達廣場很近，購物吃飯都方便，在我們入住之前，前台接待就提前跟我們取得聯繫告訴我們抵達酒店的路線以及準確的定位，怕我們多走冤枉路，真的是非常用心，感謝酒店的熱情服務，給個大大的贊，有機會還會再來住的。
