Drawbacks: The sound insulation between floors is poor. I could hear thumping noises from the upstairs room late at night, and I also clearly heard hangers clanging against something from upstairs, possibly due to pipe connections."

It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review. Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. Next time I fly to Xining, I'll choose this place again! Recommendation Index: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!"

"This hotel offers extremely poor value for money. The price isn't cheap, but the service is terrible: the breakfast is awful, with very limited options, not even a basic fried egg. The facilities are poor; there are only two washing machines, one of which is broken, so don't expect to use them. The elevators are terrible; several elevators exist, some require access control, others don't, leaving you guessing whether you need a room card. The service is poor; the staff seem to not know each other. I added the manager on WeChat to request an invoice, but when I got to the front desk, they said they didn't know anything about it, that the manager was in a meeting, and I'd have to wait for him. The design is poor; the curtain between the bathroom and bedroom is almost transparent, so you can clearly see your child showering outside."

"The hotel is in a great location, with many delicious foods and attractions around, and convenient for travel. The room was spotlessly clean, with details handled well, and there was no dust even in the corners. The hotel's gym equipment is very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The swimming pool is clear and it is very pleasant to swim in it. Miss Zhang at the front desk is very considerate and sent welcome fruit. Whether it is delivering items or answering questions, she is very efficient. It is a great stay experience!"

As soon as I stepped out of the car, someone was there to help with my luggage. From check-in to dining and then check-out, I was consistently greeted with friendly hellos, which was really nice. I even received a holiday gift when leaving. On the day I checked out, it was snowing beautifully, and the hotel is also very close to Ta'er Monastery. I highly recommend this hotel."

The location is also convenient to travel, the overall experience is full, it is worth five-star recommendation!"

"The hotel's location is great, which is why I booked it. The listed room size is big, but the bedroom itself is quite small, while the living area is huge. The layout is a bit odd. Breakfast selection is limited; there were only two types of congee. At 9:42 AM, I was told they were closing soon and to grab more food if I wanted. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The guy at the front desk was handsome and very considerate, acting quickly to help guests."
