The cleaning aunt cleaned up the room very carefully and the items were arranged in a regular manner. The front desk and staff are warm and patient, respond quickly to needs, intimate and thoughtful. The location is also convenient to travel, the overall experience is full, it is worth five-star recommendation!"

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke English. They helped us receive our Tibet Travel Permit and organised us cooking ware, as this was not provided with the room. We also could do our laundry and got plenty of free water, as well as free coffee in the cafe shop in the lobby. It was very comfortable!"

Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. "I stayed at this hotel again after returning from the Qinghai-Gansu Loop Line. It's very close to the high-speed rail station, clean, and comfortable. The front desk service on the 13th floor was also very attentive. It's a very good value hotel. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there are many Qinghai-style restaurants about a kilometer away."
