"It's in a good location. The room is fairly clean and spacious enough. There is only one window that opens to let in air which is not really enough in July. Even though the weather stays nice and cool outside, it gets uncomfortably hot in the room at night time. Maybe if the hotel provides an electric fan that would really help. The walls were also quite thin, you can hear muffled voices. You can't really hear the trains even though the station is right outside, which is good. But you'll be able to hear the car honks once in a while. This really didn't bother us so much but if you're sensitive to noise, just keep this in mind."

"Excellent location which nearby to Xining Railway Station if you plan to take train to Tibet. The reception is very polite especially the staff 皓东哥managed to help us for last minutes request. The cleanliness & breakfast are excellent, modern design, amenities is great and convenient location."

"The hotel is centrally located, facing the central square. Room windows offer stunning views of Xining's city center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a large Sharp TV. The bathroom is spacious, with separate wet and dry areas and a TOTO automatic flush toilet. The lobby counter is stocked with bottles of mineral water and a variety of fruit for guests to enjoy, a truly impressive touch. The breakfast is plentiful and high-quality. The staff are especially welcoming, proactively inquiring about service needs and offering recommendations, a truly valuable touch. The front desk staff are equally proactive and service-minded. The front square is spacious, with free parking, and the security guards are friendly and attentive. A gas station is just around the corner in the alley next to the hotel, making refueling very convenient."

"I was amazed by the environment of this hotel! The overall decoration style is high-end and stylish, and the public areas are full of art. The view outside the room window is beautiful. "We liked this hotel and the room was comfortable and it is about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The gym was located on the top floor. Our recommendation is it could be cleaner, especially putting the equipment on shelves instead of lying around on the ground. There were many places to eat around the hotel within a 10 minute walk and the market for the caterpillar fungus was right behind the hotel. This was very interesting."

"I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is."
