Traveling with friends on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop tour, we didn't start our trip on the first day. Instead, we stayed at this hotel recommended by our tour guide for our second night. We had a 4:00 PM flight, and the standard check-out was 1:00 PM. We spoke to the front desk, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2:00 PM – the front desk lady was truly wonderful! Most importantly, the hotel is right above a night market with tons of delicious food. We were on the 28th floor, and the soundproofing was fantastic, so we didn't have to worry about the night market being noisy. Since traveling can be really exhausting, a very, very quiet environment in a hotel is essential. I slept incredibly well and peacefully, all the way until morning.
