GGuest UserExceeding expectations, the hotel is like a park, a quiet place in the city center. Three-story buildings are scattered in the park, with a patio in the middle. The general service desk is in Building 8, dining is in Building 9, and accommodation is in Building 7. It seems that the shuttle bus can take guests to the room after checking in. The indoor furniture seems to be solid wood, equipped with desktop computers and welcome fruits. Breakfast has freshly made ramen, the chili oil is fragrant but not spicy, the ramen is thin, chewy and smooth, the soup base is mellow, and there are special yogurt and barley cakes. Looking forward to staying again.

WWanderRanjVery nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal.
This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic.
It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Bayi East Road, in the east of the city, right next to the Wuyue Plaza business district. It's close to the highway entrance and exit, and a short drive from Xining Station, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Free underground parking is available. As a new establishment, the facilities are all brand new. The lobby boasts an elegant design with a natural ambiance. Guest rooms are spacious and equipped with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and smart bathroom fixtures. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a quiet and comfortable rest. The service is excellent, especially from Bella, An, and Lily. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options. In addition to standard dishes, there's a special section for Qinghai local specialties like yak yogurt and 'Tianpei,' which are highly praised. Amenities include a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, and the staff are attentive and polite. The only drawbacks are the lack of a swimming pool and its slightly distant location from the city center attractions. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and has good amenities. The rooms are big, and it seemed there were not many tourists. The breakfast was good with a mixture of options. The hotel is very close to the train station but a bit far out from tourist sites. Qinghai however is a large province and so it’s not the fault of the hotel. Staff were friendly and provided advice on where to eat local food.

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby decoration was elegant and grand. Upon entering, staff members warmly helped with luggage. Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

I stayed in a junior suite, which was very comfortable with a fully equipped bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was varied and perfectly suited my taste.
During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the facilities, but the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. I highly recommend the hotel staff for their service.

Lli55001461Stayed at this hotel in Xining. The facilities are great, and it was an excellent experience as a layover stop. However, the inability to adjust the indoor air conditioning temperature in Xining is a real drawback. It was too hot, which made it impossible to sleep. There was no cold air, and I was worried about catching a cold if I opened the window. It would be perfect if the temperature could be adjusted. Everything else was fine.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and having the toilet, shower, and sink separated was very convenient. The lobby isn't large but it's very cozy, and the facilities are well-equipped and user-friendly, which I really appreciate. I'll definitely stay at Qinghang Hotel again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserVery good and modern hotel in terms of the quality of the rooms, cleanliness and confort. The only negative points were a bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hight pitch noise from the 'oxygen regulating system' that wouldn't stop even if we paused the system (no way to turn it off). By the way what is this system for? We travelled much higher than Xining and never saw this !? Anyway, bring earplugs.
