This stay exceeded my expectations. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby decoration was elegant and grand. Upon entering, staff members warmly helped with luggage. Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved. On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.

I had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

This is not a fake review. I specially remembered to post it after returning to Beijing. The memorable point is that the ******* decoration of the room is very beautiful (unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room). There are two eight-petal lotus lanterns on the roof of the triple room, which is generally very warm. (The name of each room is very elegant ”Lianx”, like entering the fantasy world of immortal cultivation...) The bathing environment is very good and clean. There will be no hot water even if you take a long bath. The bathroom space is large, private and opaque, and the decoration style is still obvious and beautiful. The service is particularly good. The waiter will come to teach how to use the room card to open the door, and will respond patiently and attentively when asking about surrounding attractions. Regarding the problem of obvious springs and hard beds mentioned in the comments: it does exist, but it only exists in individual beds. I told the waiter that he could help improve it. Depending on the situation of the room at that time, change the room or bring a new quilt to help make a harder bed. In short, it was a very good stay experience.

The room was well-maintained, and the front desk service was attentive. It's clear that the hotel's service standards are meticulously executed. The bedding material was new and pleasant, but the duvet was too thick. The air conditioning controls didn't work, causing me to wake up sweating numerous times throughout the night. Perhaps a lighter blanket would be more suitable for summer, rather than washing fewer sheets? It was a shame to have two nights of restless sleep due to the heat. Breakfast was simple with ordinary ingredients. On the first day, there was no butter or jam next to the toaster. On the second day, there was no salad dressing by the salad bar. The front desk staff were all excellent, even providing double portions of lotion. However, they offered to put a humidifier in my room in the evening, but it never appeared. I'm not sure if the housekeeping staff forgot or if there was another reason. Finally, I hope any self-driving guests who see this can buy some cat food for the adorable cats in the outdoor parking lot behind the hotel. The weather is so dry, and I'm worried they don't have enough water to drink. It's been on my mind; if I wasn't rushing off, I would have bought some cat food myself. The room environment is really great, and the customer service is very polite! The room service is also very tactful. They will ask on WeChat if the room needs to be cleaned every day. The disposable items will be quietly placed at the door during the noon time. The room service will not knock on the door casually. The privacy is very good, which is great!

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
