"My overall evaluation is: Excellent, recommended! The environment is comfortable, the temperature is suitable, the house with heating is not afraid of catching a cold, the constant temperature is very comfortable, and the shower water is large. Convenient, Wanda and Tangdao 637 are within walking distance. I asked the front desk, and there is a large Yijiaqin supermarket next to it, which is convenient for purchasing supplies. If you want to go out at night, there is also an entertainment venue called Wujie next to it, but the fee seems to be a bit high; there are two highway exits in the north and south, which is convenient to go anywhere. I recommend their yak steak, which is delicious. It is said that it is stewed with only Chaka salt. I strongly recommend it..."

JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

XXueerxiaoxiaowuThis is not a fake review. I specially remembered to post it after returning to Beijing. The memorable point is that the ******* decoration of the room is very beautiful (unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room). There are two eight-petal lotus lanterns on the roof of the triple room, which is generally very warm. (The name of each room is very elegant ”Lianx”, like entering the fantasy world of immortal cultivation...) The bathing environment is very good and clean. There will be no hot water even if you take a long bath. The bathroom space is large, private and opaque, and the decoration style is still obvious and beautiful. The service is particularly good. The waiter will come to teach how to use the room card to open the door, and will respond patiently and attentively when asking about surrounding attractions. Regarding the problem of obvious springs and hard beds mentioned in the comments: it does exist, but it only exists in individual beds. I told the waiter that he could help improve it. Depending on the situation of the room at that time, change the room or bring a new quilt to help make a harder bed. In short, it was a very good stay experience.

HHaluojiasidexueMy bestie recommended this place, and I'm glad she did! From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was incredibly friendly. There was even a staff member by the elevator who was super enthusiastic, warmly greeting and advising every guest getting into the lift. The surrounding area is lively; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right in the middle of a bustling night market with tons of delicious food – roasted lamb, yogurt, all sorts of fruits, you name it. The hotel itself is conveniently located, clean, and safe. It's easy to get anywhere, and it's only 3 kilometers from the train station, so a taxi ride is just 10 yuan. What truly touched me was that during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave us beautiful silk scarves and a heartfelt handwritten card. They really put thought into it! Five stars, I highly recommend everyone to book this place with their eyes closed! (^_^)v

GGuest UserThe decoration design style is very good, and the facilities are complete. There is an electric toilet. But it is really noisy at night. The air conditioner is very noisy.
