GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby decoration was elegant and grand. Upon entering, staff members warmly helped with luggage. Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

Housekeeping did an excellent job; the room was spotless and completely free of any odors. The staff provided attentive service throughout my stay, proactively offering directions and always with a gentle demeanor. The location is a huge plus, with the airport shuttle stop conveniently located right downstairs, making transfers to and from the airport super easy and stress-free. Being on a high floor, the views were expansive; the city skyline during the day was impressive, and at night, the cityscape twinkled beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed here as a family with our child, and overall, our experience was incredibly satisfying. The hotel room was spacious, never felt cramped, and the cleanliness was impeccable โ even the corners were spotless. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our baby slept soundly through the night. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering assistance. The floor was quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making getting around very convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hot water supply was consistently strong. The facilities are well-maintained, and it offers great value for money. It's definitely our top choice for family trips, and we'll be staying here again. The only minor drawback was the limited parking, but the hotel staff were incredibly responsible, directing and helping us find a spot. We later learned that parking is generally difficult in Xining, so we're even more grateful to the staff for reminding us that driving within Xining city isn't necessary, as taxis and buses are easily accessible right outside the hotel. All in all, it's our first choice for family travel and highly recommended.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to itโnothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. Iโm so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xiningโyou'll be in good hands here.

BButaizaihuThe hotel is quite quiet and easy to find, but there is a point. The road near the Ta'er Temple scenic spot is planned for special cars. Social vehicles are prohibited. There are ice cream buckets in the corner to stop the turn. The store is best to communicate with the guests in advance. Otherwise, it is easy to violate traffic rules or take a long way. This is not a problem with the store, but it would be better if the store could inform the driving guests in advance.

NnoobikisskissThe room was well-maintained, and the front desk service was attentive. It's clear that the hotel's service standards are meticulously executed.
The bedding material was new and pleasant, but the duvet was too thick. The air conditioning controls didn't work, causing me to wake up sweating numerous times throughout the night. Perhaps a lighter blanket would be more suitable for summer, rather than washing fewer sheets? It was a shame to have two nights of restless sleep due to the heat.
Breakfast was simple with ordinary ingredients. On the first day, there was no butter or jam next to the toaster. On the second day, there was no salad dressing by the salad bar.
The front desk staff were all excellent, even providing double portions of lotion. However, they offered to put a humidifier in my room in the evening, but it never appeared. I'm not sure if the housekeeping staff forgot or if there was another reason.
Finally, I hope any self-driving guests who see this can buy some cat food for the adorable cats in the outdoor parking lot behind the hotel. The weather is so dry, and I'm worried they don't have enough water to drink. It's been on my mind; if I wasn't rushing off, I would have bought some cat food myself. Both little cats are so well-behaved! May good people live long and prosper!

My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night.
Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair.
We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)
