This is an excellent hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. Tina at the counter was very helpful in providing information for us and we enjoyed her recommendations for local food. The other staff we came into contact with, from cleaning personnel to other hotel employees, were very nice and considerate. The breakfasts were very well done and included not only a rich spread of Chinese food, but also a very nice spread of Western food.  In addition, we felt the cost to benefit ratio was exceptional. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. The room was delightful and the whole place was very family friendly!

Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

A remarkable star hotel. From the hotel room, you can overlook the downtown area of ​​Xining and the surrounding mountains, and the night view is also unobstructed. Down from the hotel is a riverside park, where you can see all kinds of Xining people's leisure time. The breakfast is relatively rich. After staying for a few days, I was able to safely pass the altitude sickness period thanks to the hotel. Unfortunately, except for a staff member (manager) in the hotel lobby who looks like the famous actor Wang Gang and is very friendly and smiling, and a cleaning lady (Wang) who serves with a smile, there are no smiling faces of the staff in the entire hotel. Smiling service is not only a manifestation of personal accomplishment, but also the culture and level of an enterprise. In addition, it is a regular service standard that kitchen staff must wear masks when serving food and beverages. With the cordial service of the two smiling staff and several doormen, there will be the thought of staying at Qinghai Hotel again. Thanks again to Qinghai Hotel for all the services provided!

The room is clean and quiet, and the room is warm. The breakfast variety is not too much, but the nutrition is enough. The most worth mentioning is that it is very close to the train station, only 10 minutes walk.

I went on a trip during the National Day and saw that this newly opened hotel is good and the hotel service is very efficient. Although some unpleasantness happened during my stay, the guest service manager Li Yuxue handled it in a timely manner and the service attitude was very good. I am very satisfied. You can forget all these things, breakfast has many flavors, good quality and many choices. Very satisfied with the hotel.

This trip was so comfortable, all thanks to Jinjiang International Hotel! The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The facilities are complete, and the service of the front desk lady 71 is super considerate. She checked in quickly and helped plan the tour route. The breakfast is rich and varied to meet all tastes. The location of the hotel is also great, and the surrounding attractions and food streets are within walking distance. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose it!

It was my first time staying at the Sapphire Hotel. The hotel was easy to find and close to the train station. The hotel lobby was gorgeous. When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly checked in. They also provided free room upgrades. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very cost-effective and the stay experience was very good!

Great hotel with good views of downtown Xining. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a nice river park walk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not much English is spoken but they go out of their way to help!

Facilities: Very good, and the humidifier is good Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Central area, you can have an overview of the city, very good Service: Xiao Zhang in the restaurant and Daisy at the front desk are very good! Overall, it is worth recommending, but maybe we checked in late, so there was no welcome fruit, and the mini bar was empty. I called the front desk and they refilled it for us. And the linens are a bit... The hand towels are all linting 😂, I hope the hotel will get better and better, and there will be souvenirs when I leave. If I come again in the future, I will definitely choose it!
