Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Các phòng sạch sẽ và được trang trí đẹp mắt, bữa sáng cung cấp nhiều món ăn ngon. Nhân viên lễ tân rất giúp đỡ và nhiệt tình; họ hỗ trợ chúng tôi gọi taxi và giao tiếp với những người khác. Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers, with a large supermarket just 1.1 km away (within walking distance). The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay. The facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, even though the style is a bit old-fashioned. The front desk staff are very helpful — although their English is limited, they made great efforts to assist using a translation app. Thanks to their enthusiasm, I was able to book trips to Ta’er Temple and Qilian Temple. I was really impressed by their willingness to help. breakfast and coffee are delicious .I love it. Cons: Although it’s supposed to be a non-smoking floor, it’s hard to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke.

Spacious, clean and comfortable new hotel . Dinner in the restaurant was delicious . We loved the stir fried vegetable ,and chicken dish which was juicy and seasoned well. Thumbs up to the chef and also to the waiter and waitress who served us that night. This hotel was a great choice as a base for our Qinghai-Gandhi Grand Loop . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Xining.

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!
