KKMY_The room offered a great view and was very clean, especially the beautiful night scenery. The service was excellent; the staff cleaned the room meticulously every day, even wiping my luggage, folding my clothes, and washing my socks. They also provided face masks due to the dry weather and left thoughtful notes. The location was convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Bayi East Road, in the east of the city, right next to the Wuyue Plaza business district. It's close to the highway entrance and exit, and a short drive from Xining Station, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Free underground parking is available. As a new establishment, the facilities are all brand new. The lobby boasts an elegant design with a natural ambiance. Guest rooms are spacious and equipped with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and smart bathroom fixtures. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a quiet and comfortable rest. The service is excellent, especially from Bella, An, and Lily. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options. In addition to standard dishes, there's a special section for Qinghai local specialties like yak yogurt and 'Tianpei,' which are highly praised. Amenities include a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, and the staff are attentive and polite. The only drawbacks are the lack of a swimming pool and its slightly distant location from the city center attractions. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and has good amenities. The rooms are big, and it seemed there were not many tourists. The breakfast was good with a mixture of options. The hotel is very close to the train station but a bit far out from tourist sites. Qinghai however is a large province and so it’s not the fault of the hotel. Staff were friendly and provided advice on where to eat local food.

GGuest UserMy overall stay completely exceeded expectations. The lobby fragrance was sophisticated and pleasant, not overpowering, and the decor was simple yet grand. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and a fantastic view from the window. The zero-pressure pillows were incredibly comfortable, and room service was prompt. They even thoughtfully provided drinking water. The 24-hour front desk gave a great sense of security, and there was ample parking, making it stress-free for those traveling by car. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

Bbing2000The hotel is centrally located on Shengli Road, with Jiaotong Lane just across the street, making shopping and dining a breeze. Taxis and public transportation are also convenient for visiting tourist attractions, making it a very tourist-friendly hotel.
I stayed in a junior suite, which was very comfortable with a fully equipped bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was varied and perfectly suited my taste.
During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the facilities, but the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. I highly recommend the hotel staff for their service.

Lli55001461Stayed at this hotel in Xining. The facilities are great, and it was an excellent experience as a layover stop. However, the inability to adjust the indoor air conditioning temperature in Xining is a real drawback. It was too hot, which made it impossible to sleep. There was no cold air, and I was worried about catching a cold if I opened the window. It would be perfect if the temperature could be adjusted. Everything else was fine.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and having the toilet, shower, and sink separated was very convenient. The lobby isn't large but it's very cozy, and the facilities are well-equipped and user-friendly, which I really appreciate. I'll definitely stay at Qinghang Hotel again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserI am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues:
The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall.
One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early.
Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

GGuest UserThis is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices.
First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town.
Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels.
Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing.
I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices.
