Xining Hotels with Gym

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. The front desk staff even upgraded my room, provided complimentary breakfast, and gave me some local specialty yogurt. The washing machine was clean and hygienic with a drying service. They provided all the necessary amenities. The room itself was very clean, cozy, and had great natural light and views. They also offered congee delivery and afternoon tea service. The breakfast spread was rich and varied. This hotel is definitely worth staying at. Wishing the hotel great business!

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is very clean and has good amenities. The rooms are big, and it seemed there were not many tourists. The breakfast was good with a mixture of options. The hotel is very close to the train station but a bit far out from tourist sites. Qinghai however is a large province and so it’s not the fault of the hotel. Staff were friendly and provided advice on where to eat local food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with my overall experience. The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the city center and offering convenient transportation. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Pros: The hotel's service was very attentive, with friendly staff always ready to assist with any questions. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. Overall: This hotel offers excellent value for money, offering excellent location, room quality, and service. I highly recommend it. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

This is a newly opened hotel. While it's a bit out of the way, it's right next to Wuyue Plaza, so food and drinks are easily accessible. The breakfast yogurt is served daily and is absolutely delicious. It's a bit of a distance to tourist attractions, but the service is excellent. I requested a high-floor room, and they upgraded my room type without any hesitation. All the staff I encountered were very polite. The laundry room and gym are both fantastic. For around 300 RMB during the off-season, including breakfast, it's highly recommended.

I had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here. 我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

The facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.

Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and attractions, just a few minutes' walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
