The room is not big, it is OK for one person, but it is crowded for two people. The facilities are quite complete, with an accelerator and a refrigerator.
Hygiene:
When I entered the room, the chair šŗ was on the bed, I donāt know what this means. Later, the service staff explained that it was an operational error and sent water.
Environment:
The breakfast is good š, with rich varieties and good taste.

The rooms at the Sofitel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom offered all the necessary amenities.
The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar.
One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

There is an underground parking lot for convenient parking, the room is clean, the surrounding environment is good, it deserves to be the best in Xining, the breakfast is very average, the service staff has a weak sense of service, they did not take the initiative to open the door when getting off the car, help with the luggage, the front desk did not smile, and the housekeeper was like a non-existent.

PROS:
- Itās very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls.
- The room was spacious and clean.
- The staff were kind.
CONS:
- No air conditioning. Itās hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window.
- The room was quite old.
- Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem.
- heater opens all night.
- Poor lighting
I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa.
I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned forā¦wellā¦ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldnāt be available until after April 15th because āitās cold outsideā. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleepā¦generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

VVSTExcellent stay and highly recommended. It's about 20 mins walk from Xining Railway station. Located along Qiyiäøäøč·Æ street. Opposite the hotel are nice food shops. Take a short walk to the busy street behind the hotel which takes about 15 minutes. You may walk towards your left side as you come out from the hotel main door. Turn left again and walk 250m until you reach the traffic light, turn left and walk up the hill until you come to the main busy area. The Dongguan Grand Muslim Mosque is located some where around this area, too. The local people are very friendly and willing to show you the directions.
ChaoMan hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights. The breakfast provided has a wide range of fried vegetables, fried rice, Chinese buns and pastries.
The most welcoming staff made our stay so memorable. Kudos to all of you and I've included their picture in this post. They helped us with our travels to popular sightseeing places and most of all, they got us a reasonable price for transfer to the airport at 65 yuan.

I'll surely come again when I visit Xining and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Office Department for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Department for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism.
Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Department for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commitment to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay.
The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. XXiamiwaiwaiThanks to Ctrip housekeeper Zhang Zhang, because I originally booked the Pullman Hotel, but then Pullman lied to me and told me that there was no room and asked me to cancel the reservation. In fact, the price was increased, and the price of a single room increased by 200+! The housekeeper Zhang Zhang contacted me in time and could change me to the same level. I switched to this Pavilion. It is located in the East District. The parking lot is large and convenient. The hotel is newly opened this year. There will be a smell in the lobby and corridors, but there are no smell facilities in the room. Very good, it should be a higher level than Pullman. It comes with breakfast. The breakfast is rich and the beef noodles are delicious! Stayed for another night! ps: Pullman Hotel Xining Railway Station has increased prices to deceive customers. Hotels that make successful reservations and then deceive customers into canceling reservations hope that Ctrip can supervise it, because it does show that they have rooms later, but the unit price has increased by 200+! ! !

AAuntyMayGreat location for a modern hotel with nice healthy food buffet breakfast and good espresso machine COFFEE. Location close to Xining Railway station and 3 km walking distance to the Muslim old quarters where variety fruits, potato snacks, breads, and hand pulled noodles to try. The staff not conversant in English but with google translate on my phone, had no issue conveying my written message. Luv the flexibility of early check in and later check outs that made our stay memorable and highly recommended to tourist to explore Xining and catch the later evening train. Our room tv movie box was not working, no international English channels and strong wind cause ceiling boards to rattle for a while. This small issues to us as we are seldom in the room but outside exploring. Special thanks to staff Ms. Yun Yan for the farewell milk candies gift and delightful fruits basket during our stay. Highly recommended to all to stay here to catch the Xining trains or central Bus stations nearby.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient
