"I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was very strong and extremely irritating to my nose. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and I found 1-2 small cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly designed and not properly separated into sections. The bed was very hard, and I woke up with back pain in the morning. There is no elevator in the building-only stairs. I had to carry my large 29-inch suitcase down from the 4th floor to the 1st floor by myself, which was very inconvenient.
