Very Good
We stayed at the hotel a second time after coming back from Chaka salt lake. The service provided was very good. There was a free luggage storage room and we were able to keep our luggages there before leaving for Chaka salt lake. Very much appreciated. All in all love the ambience and cleanliness of the room.

The room layout is reasonable and very clean. Because it is a newly opened hotel, everything is new. It is very comfortable to live in. The windows are large. There is a school opposite the hotel. It's a quiet place to stay. The toiletries are also good. They smell delicious after using them. There is a special noodle shop at the door, as well as Lanzhou ramen, which tastes good. The beautiful woman and handsome guy at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They said I was the first customer. The drinks were given, which was really nice. I hope the business of this store will get better and better.

Pro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff were very helpful and patient with me when I encountered problems with my wifi. The rooms were clean and considering the price I paid, the hotel is good enough. If I ever return to Xining, I will stay there again.

Centrally located, lots of eateries around the hotel. Shui Jing Xiang market 水井巷 is just 100 metres away. Airport bus stop also very near the hotel. Breakfast was normal Chinese breakfast. We will come back again.

I have to give this hotel a thumbs up! The room is clean and sanitary, the facilities are complete and intact, and the stay is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and the quality of rest is super high. The service staff is professional and enthusiastic, and the whole process from consultation to check-in was very smooth. Although there is no breakfast, there are rich choices around, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommended!
