Enjoyed our stay here. The staff were most helpful. The owner helped us in getting a taxi to the train station. We really appreciate this.

Starting with the positives. The construction and decor was great. Showering space was also nice and new. Staff were also helpful and nice. Amenities are ok. Everything you would expect for washing up. But no AC for many rooms without windows is a travesty. Only a electric fan that can only blow for 1 hour at a time. Easy to get asphyxiated at night. Horrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke was present when I entered my room. Hygiene seemed alright until I showered. And with a small waft of the towels a terrible stench of cigarette odor pierced my nostrils.. Expecting guests to wipe off with this odorous smell is disappointing. Water also leaks from the shower compartment into the toilet floor.

Pro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

The location is pretty good, I think it's quite convenient to get anywhere, and there are lots of great food options nearby, haha! The hotel's cleanliness and service are also decent. The only thing that surprised me a bit was that the restroom is mixed-gender.

This hostel is absolutely worth it, offering great value for money, plus you get to meet a lot of interesting people. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and easy to get along with. I actually met a like-minded friend here and ended up extending my stay for another night!

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the environment was beautiful, the facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, responsive, and professional, showing attention to detail. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel. Highly recommended!

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was very strong and extremely irritating to my nose. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and I found 1-2 small cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly designed and not properly separated into sections. The bed was very hard, and I woke up with back pain in the morning. There is no elevator in the building-only stairs. I had to carry my large 29-inch suitcase down from the 4th floor to the 1st floor by myself, which was very inconvenient. I originally booked 5 nights, but I had to cancel the remaining 4 nights because I simply could not continue staying there Overall, a very disappointing experience 😌

The hotel we checked into this time was quite unexpected. As soon as we walked to the door with our suitcases, a handsome staff member came to pick us up. I was stunned. Disposable towels, toilet mats and mineral water are provided as gifts. For more than 100 yuan, so many cleaning supplies are given away. What a conscientious business!
