Hotels in Chengdong Economic Development Area, Xining

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was fully equipped, elegantly furnished, and the service was impeccable. Plus, it was a suite with a sauna – absolutely perfect! I'll definitely stay at the Fuyin Hotel again.

Loved the laundry room. You are able to check the availability of the dryer or washing machine from your room via the tv. And also washing/drying time of your load. The staff comes in often to check the machines and unloads the completed washing. The buffet breakfast spread was impressive and I loved the coffee machine there! Staff were friendly and attentive to your queries and needs. Overall I will come back to this hotel if I visit xining again

I booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and the bed was soft and quiet. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. A small, unexpected hiccup actually made this stay particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time because this hotel is just so heartwarming, and the service is incredibly attentive. Aside from the view outside the window, just this detailed and thoughtful service alone left a great impression. It's excellent value for money and well worth staying.

Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The rooms come standard with humidifiers, perfect for the dry高原 climate. There's 24-hour laundry (washer and dryer in one). Breakfast includes yak yogurt and ga mian pian (local noodles). It's super convenient for visiting Ta'er Monastery and Qinghai Lake. Located on a main thoroughfare in Chengdong District, parking is free and ample. Upon check-in, they offer hot ginger tea to help with altitude sickness. The bedding is soft and the soundproofing is excellent. It's a top choice for a rest stop on a road trip.

There are 3 important factors to consider this time. The first is that the rooms have air conditioning. Because Xining has no air conditioning in summer, the noon time is still very hot and stuffy. The second is that it must be convenient to park. The parking lot of this hotel is very large. The third is to have a charging pile. There is a very large charging yard in the hotel yard. It is very convenient to charge. The air conditioning in the hotel room is very cool and the hygiene is in place.

This stay experience is very satisfactory and all aspects are worth recommending. Let me talk about hygiene first. The room was cleaned very meticulously. There was no dust on the ground and tabletop. The bedding was clean and soft. There was no smell. The bathroom was cleaned very refreshing. There was no water stains on the sink and shower. The overall look was very comfortable. The room facilities are well maintained, the hot water is stable, the lights, TV, and sockets can be used normally, the bed is very comfortable, and the rest is very good. The breakfast experience is also very good, the variety of dishes is relatively rich, there are hot dishes, porridge, fruit and drinks, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is moderate, can meet the dietary preferences of different people, eat and drink in the morning, travel is very energetic. Hotel location is very good, the surrounding facilities are complete, eating and shopping are very convenient, there are convenience stores and restaurants not far from the door. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and the sound insulation effect was OK. The hotel staff is warm, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, the overall price is very high, the travel accommodation is very safe to choose here, and I will give priority to this next time.

This is my third day at the hotel, and Mr. Li at the front desk reserved the same room with a bathtub for me. It's clean, bright, and comfortable, so I've been sleeping very well every night. Mr. Li even helped me take a passport photo to apply for the UOM app. Plus, the front desk assisted me with receiving a package. Overall, the service has been thoughtful and excellent.
