Hotels in West Area, Xining

The entire hotel has a fantastic ambiance, feeling warm and healing everywhere. The cleanliness was good, and there was plenty of stable hot water. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with no noise or crowds. Overall, it was a good stay with decent value for money. The views were also quite nice.

The front desk service attitude is good, there is a treasure box that is very convenient to use, free water in the room is very considerate, the room is very clean, the service is very good, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic

Pro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

PROS: - It’s very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls. - The room was spacious and clean. - The staff were kind. CONS: - No air conditioning. It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window. - The room was quite old. - Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem. - heater opens all night. - Poor lighting I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa. I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

Everything is great, service was excellent and there's a robot to deliver items you ordered straight to your door. The bed is also heated and the laundromat + gym is adequate. Only complaint is that the room was very hot because of the central heating. The air conditioning was turned off during the winter, so the room was about 30 degrees c. Also the windows were not very large and could not be opened fully so I couldn't let cold air in. Informed the front desk but they could only turn off the heating for the bed.

My stay here far exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star review! Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and malls within walking distance, making daily life incredibly convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll have a comfortable and worry-free stay. I genuinely recommend it!

The room was clean and tidy, check-in at the front desk was efficient, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. It's conveniently located for getting around and offers great value for money. I recommend staying here. The location is also pretty good.
