Our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip ended perfectly. We stayed at this hotel on our first day of the journey and chose to stay here again on our way back. Coincidentally, the lovely front desk lady who checked us in on the first day was also there to greet us. The service throughout our stay was consistently thoughtful and reliable, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for after a long journey. A huge thank you to her for her enthusiastic and attentive care. If I ever travel to the Northwest again, I will definitely choose this place and look for her again!

The room was spacious and the facilities were all good. The location is excellent with plenty of snack options nearby, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, which left us with a great impression of Xining. This hotel offers good value for money.

After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!

The hotel is in a great location, with a commercial pedestrian street and bus stop just downstairs, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and service are average, with no major flaws or highlights. Perhaps because it's a tourist destination, Starway rooms are more expensive than those in other cities.

This is the first hotel I've proactively reviewed. The hotel pays great attention to detail, and the cleanliness and facilities were exceptionally well-maintained. I was particularly satisfied, and the breakfast was also good. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent as well.

I chose the Greentree Eastern Hotel for my business trip to Xining this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a big thumbs up! The desk, wardrobe, and hanging area were all well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for a very refreshing night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The towels were neatly arranged, and the toilet and shelves were sparkling clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a substantial variety of hot dishes, including light vegetables and spicy stir-fries. The food was kept warm and the flavors were authentic to the local cuisine. Eating a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore Haihu Wanda was incredibly convenient, as the location is superb and getting around is a breeze. The traffic flow downstairs was smooth, making parking and catching a taxi hassle-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xining, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Really want to praise this youth travel! The price of 35 yuan, the facilities are super complete, the washing and drying machine, the rest area is all available, and the disposable toiletries and drinking water are also provided, which is too intimate. The room is very large, not crowded, cleaned every day, clean and refreshing, I will choose here next time!

The mattress is just soft and hard, fits the waist and back, and the whole person is relaxed when lying down, and sleeps very peacefully. There are two kinds of pillows, buckwheat pillows and memory pillows, no need to find the front desk to take, which one you want to use directly, sleep very fragrant all night, the store will choose the configuration too much, really recommend!

The newly opened hotel has a great location, the room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, the lighting is good, the whole house is smart, the bed is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, the things are very complete, there is a refrigerator and you can cook.
