Our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip ended perfectly. We stayed at this hotel on our first day of the journey and chose to stay here again on our way back. Coincidentally, the lovely front desk lady who checked us in on the first day was also there to greet us. The service throughout our stay was consistently thoughtful and reliable, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for after a long journey. A huge thank you to her for her enthusiastic and attentive care. If I ever travel to the Northwest again, I will definitely choose this place and look for her again!

The room was spacious and the facilities were all good. The location is excellent with plenty of snack options nearby, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, which left us with a great impression of Xining. This hotel offers good value for money.

After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!

The hotel is in a great location, with a commercial pedestrian street and bus stop just downstairs, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and service are average, with no major flaws or highlights. Perhaps because it's a tourist destination, Starway rooms are more expensive than those in other cities.

We had an upgrade when we arrived, a beautiful suite with a great view . Breakfast was great, mostly chinese but with lots of options. English is not spoken by the staff but it is not a problem. The location is perfect, just next to wanda shopping mall with lots of options to eat and buy. This hotel is a gem for the price.

I chose the Greentree Eastern Hotel for my business trip to Xining this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a big thumbs up! The desk, wardrobe, and hanging area were all well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for a very refreshing night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The towels were neatly arranged, and the toilet and shelves were sparkling clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a substantial variety of hot dishes, including light vegetables and spicy stir-fries. The food was kept warm and the flavors were authentic to the local cuisine. Eating a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore Haihu Wanda was incredibly convenient, as the location is superb and getting around is a breeze. The traffic flow downstairs was smooth, making parking and catching a taxi hassle-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xining, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised after checking in! For just over thirty yuan, I got such comprehensive facilities. The place was clean and tidy, the bedding felt incredibly comfortable, and they cleaned daily without fail. The washer-dryer combo solved my laundry problem while traveling, and the lounge area was a great place to chat with friends. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The newly opened feeling is great! The most important thing is that the room has no taste! The room is very spacious! The mattress is mousse, and it is too comfortable to sleep! The pillow is also a buckwheat pillow and a memory pillow inside the lever! I like it very much overall! I have to praise the service of this house, the service attitude is very good, if there is any problem, the boss and the staff will solve it as soon as possible! Recommended!

The newly opened hotel has a great location, the room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, the lighting is good, the whole house is smart, the bed is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, the things are very complete, there is a refrigerator and you can cook. Finally, I would like to praise the young lady at the front desk. She has a good attitude and handles things very quickly. It's super good 👍🏻 I will stay here again when I come to Xining next time.
