The hotel's location is superb. Breakfast was plentiful, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit and a thoughtful late-night snack upon check-in. The rooftop offers expansive views, and the free gym and laundry room are a great touch, making the facilities very thoughtful. A five-star experience, highly recommended.

Service: First of all, I would like to affirm the service attitude of the waiter, which is really good. He really helped in various ways. I sincerely thank him! ! ! Facilities: I stayed for several days this time. The first and last days were relatively quiet. The two rooms next door in the middle two days were really annoying! The room was not soundproofed and the quality of the guests was very poor. They were still shouting loudly at 12:00 in the evening. I didn't sleep well at all! ! !

Staying here in Xining was great; the location is super convenient, with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and bars nearby. It's definitely the trendiest and most vibrant spot around. The hotel maintained the usual high standards of an Accor Sofitel. The housekeeping staff did a good job, though the front desk was a bit unremarkable. The gym, pool, and sauna are all available, which is a plus. However, it would have been even more perfect if there was a hot tub.

There's an airport shuttle stop right outside, which makes transportation convenient and saves time and effort getting to and from the airport. Definitely worth staying again.

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating; they even gave us a free upgrade since we were traveling with our child. This hotel was incredibly good value for money! The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the hot water was strong and consistent, and the toiletries were even gardenia-scented. The breakfast, while not extravagant, was substantial: freshly cooked noodles, crispy fried eggs, five or six kinds of side dishes, and plenty of warm steamed buns. The receptionist was efficient with check-in and proactively offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. There's a convenience store and subway station downstairs, which is super convenient. For an economical price, I enjoyed a high-end hotel experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
