Hotels in West Area, Xining

The hotel has been open for many years. While the lobby is beautiful, some of the in-room facilities are outdated. 😂 Even the Qinghai-Gansu Loop hotels now have smart toilets as standard. There's no air conditioning in the room (I'm not sure if this is typical for all of Xining), and it felt quite stuffy, so they sent a fan up. However, the service from the front desk, concierge, and even the room attendants was excellent – very polite and professional. Every morning, I'd see a senior manager on the first floor who would proactively greet guests and hold the elevator. The restaurant also has a good variety of dishes, but the chef wasn't very polite and seemed impatient when answering questions, and this was the case both days 🙃. The beef offal soup on the first day was even cold 🙃. The hotel's location is great, in the bustling Chenxi district, surrounded by shopping malls, making it very convenient for dining and shopping.

Service: First of all, I would like to affirm the service attitude of the waiter, which is really good. He really helped in various ways. I sincerely thank him! ! ! Facilities: I stayed for several days this time. The first and last days were relatively quiet. The two rooms next door in the middle two days were really annoying! The room was not soundproofed and the quality of the guests was very poor. They were still shouting loudly at 12:00 in the evening. I didn't sleep well at all! ! !

The bedding was soft, ensuring a very restful sleep, and the hotel environment was quiet, free from any noisy disturbances. My entire stay was incredibly pleasant. It's reassuring to know I can have such a delightful and relaxing experience again, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here for future trips.

The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given Xining's dry climate. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and with the Wanda commercial area right downstairs, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xining.

Staying at the Qaidam International Hotel in Xining was such a breeze! The room was clean and even had a humidifier, which is perfect for the high-altitude climate. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, and the soundproofing was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here.

The location is great, right across from Wanda Plaza, making shopping, leisure, and dining super convenient. There's plenty of parking both above ground and underground. The hotel facilities are decent; not new, but not run-down either. Most hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning. Breakfast selection is good – not super extensive, but all the essentials are there. The staff are all very enthusiastic and respond quickly. Given it's peak season, the price is what it is. Overall, I'm satisfied; you can't have everything.

The newly opened hotel has a great location, the room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, the lighting is good, the whole house is smart, the bed is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, the things are very complete, there is a refrigerator and you can cook. Finally, I would like to praise the young lady at the front desk. She has a good attitude and handles things very quickly. It's super good 👍🏻 I will stay here again when I come to Xining next time. I came to Xining to choose Yunxuan Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was soft, the toiletries were complete, the corner of the room was very clean, and the living was very comfortable. The front desk service was warm and the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high. The location of the hotel is very good, downstairs is a variety of local food, authentic noodles, special lamb can be eaten at hand, eating and traveling are particularly convenient. Whether it is tourism or business travel, the price is online, next time you come to Xining, you will choose here, really recommend!

Let's start with the positives: 1. The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to Wanda Plaza. The breakfast variety and taste are both excellent. They have everything from mini wontons, noodles, bread, cakes, yogurt, stir-fries, congee, cereal, and juices (of course, it can't compare to a five-star hotel, but it's very good for a hotel of its caliber). 2. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room with complimentary washers and dryers. There are even sticky notes and magnets next to them, so you can write your room number on a note and attach it. If you can't pick up your laundry promptly, the staff can retrieve it, put it into a laundry bag, and deliver it to your room. This is absolutely fantastic! Now for the downsides: 1. The room I booked was advertised as having a smart toilet, but the bidet function didn't work; the water sprayed downwards instead of upwards. 2. The mini-fridge in the room was very noisy, clearly old and due for replacement. Plus, it was unplugged, and I had to pull it out to plug it in (I'm guessing the previous guest unplugged it because of the noise, but it should have been plugged back in during room cleaning, otherwise the next guest can't get cold drinks). Finally, a positive note on the service: I left in a hurry and forgot my charger in the room. After I called, the staff immediately verified they found it and promptly couriered it to the specified address. The response time was very quick! I have to give them high praise for the service.
