The room was cozy and comfortable, with beautiful views from a high floor. The butler service was very attentive; they even upgraded our room when they saw we had a child. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted delicious. Downstairs, the transportation was convenient, and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping. Overall, a great experience.

The room was not soundproofed and the quality of the guests was very poor. They were still shouting loudly at 12:00 in the evening. I didn't sleep well at all! ! !

It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window. - The room was quite old. - Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem. - heater opens all night. - Poor lighting I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa. I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

The breakfast, while not extravagant, was substantial: freshly cooked noodles, crispy fried eggs, five or six kinds of side dishes, and plenty of warm steamed buns. The receptionist was efficient with check-in and proactively offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. There's a convenience store and subway station downstairs, which is super convenient.
