Hotels in West Area, Xining

I paid extra to upgrade my room, and it was really spacious with a great night view. They also provided afternoon tea, yogurt, and tea leaves. The location is fantastic, and they even offered a late-night snack. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs. However, during breakfast, the staff were all standing around chatting and playing on their phones, and no one came to clear our plates. So, after eating plate after plate, our table for five became incredibly crowded, and they never once came to clear anything.

The front desk service attitude is good, there is a treasure box that is very convenient to use, free water in the room is very considerate, the room is very clean, the service is very good, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic

Pro points - The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly. Bad points - We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes. We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking. I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

PROS: - It’s very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls. - The room was spacious and clean. - The staff were kind. CONS: - No air conditioning. It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window. - The room was quite old. - Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem. - heater opens all night. - Poor lighting I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa. I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

Everything is great, service was excellent and there's a robot to deliver items you ordered straight to your door. The bed is also heated and the laundromat + gym is adequate. Only complaint is that the room was very hot because of the central heating. The air conditioning was turned off during the winter, so the room was about 30 degrees c. Also the windows were not very large and could not be opened fully so I couldn't let cold air in. Informed the front desk but they could only turn off the heating for the bed.

My stay here far exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star review! The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is absolutely perfect. There's a gas station right next door, so no detours needed if you're driving. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and malls within walking distance, making daily life incredibly convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll have a comfortable and worry-free stay. I genuinely recommend it!

Convenient access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast selection is quite good, and they have a restaurant on the first floor serving local cuisine, as well as Western and Chinese dishes. Prices are reasonable, but be aware that portions can be quite large. The room cleanliness is excellent, and the customer service is responsive. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Newly opened hotel, comfortable and clean bedding, warm front desk service, dry and wet separation of bathroom, high cost performance, will recommend to the people at home, not bad, next time you have a chance to come back!

As a regular customer of the Vienna Hotel, this time I stayed at Xining Wanda Plaza Vienna Hotel and felt very kind. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful. She upgraded the room and provided us with thoughtful service. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh, clean and tidy. We were very satisfied!

The newly opened hotel has a great location, the room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, the lighting is good, the whole house is smart, the bed is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, the things are very complete, there is a refrigerator and you can cook.
