A special shout-out to Ms. Wang, the Front Office Supervisor; she's efficient, kind-hearted, and beautiful. Thumbs up!

Bad review. Yesterday, there was no window left for the twin bed. So I booked it. Why is the front desk looking down on me for cheap prices? Everything else is very good. I have always stayed at this hotel. I especially like it. But yesterday was the front desk service attitude really disgusting. Check in for me and wait for me to say if I need an ID card. The front desk is funny. This is the service.

We arrived around 8 AM, and to our surprise, the front desk staff, both a gentleman and a lady, checked us in so early. They even gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers. Traveling with a child can be exhausting, so this warm welcome really touched us. During breakfast, we saw the same gentleman from the front desk, wearing a black shirt, helping out in the kitchen by cooking wontons and rice noodles. His service was exceptional, and his tone was so gentle. Thank you for adding so much warmth to our trip! The room had a fantastic view, the scenery was beautiful, and it was very comfortable!

The environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the service attitude is very good! The breakfast buffet is very good. I am very satisfied with the consumption. I will come here next time!
