This hotel is a little out of the city center, but honestly, we loved it! The river just outside is beautiful—perfect for getting on a boat or taking a relaxing walk any time of day. The hotel itself is modern, with good amenities, I appreciated the lighting in the rooms, and our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed.

The room was pretty good, but it seemed like a lot of tour groups checked in very late at night, making it incredibly noisy. The laundry room experience was also very poor; there was only one washing machine, which was nowhere near enough, and no one assigned to assist with laundry. Plus, the phone in my room was broken – completely unresponsive. I wanted to ask for something late at night but didn't want to go downstairs, so I just gave up. However, the breakfast was quite abundant, and the restaurant area was spacious.

Clean and hygienic, the room is spacious and bright compared to a three-star hotel. The environment is quiet, the sunny room arranged at the front desk, there is no heating this season, and the sunny room is also very warm. The new store opened and breakfast was delivered intimately. Very good, recommended.

Checked in during the early hours of May 1st. The parking lot was easy to find, right next to Wanda Plaza. However, the main entrance to the front desk was closed, so I had to follow a delivery guy around to the back to get in. They really should coordinate with property management about closing the entrance at night. The front desk staff was very competent and responsive to requests. Room soundproofing, blackout curtains, and cleanliness were all excellent. The issue with the cold water in the room was also quickly resolved. Overall, this was one of the most satisfying hotels I stayed at during my trip to the Northwest.

The self-service breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and they refilled dishes promptly, allowing me to enjoy a substantial meal even when I was in a rush. The hotel offers free parking, just a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, even helping me print documents. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

The front desk staff were very polite, greeting me with a smile the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they even recommended some worthwhile local attractions and delicious food spots. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially the noodles at the live cooking station, which I absolutely loved. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for both leisure trips and business travel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. It's right next to a Wanda Plaza. The rooms and facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. It's especially quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep, so I, who have trouble sleeping, decided to extend my stay. Parking is on the street downstairs, and because we arrived late and couldn't find a spot, the owner came down twice to help, moving his own car for us. The owner and front desk staff were very kind. 👍 There's also a large convenience store on the first floor with a full range of daily necessities. The beef and lamb in Xining are amazing! Before leaving, we bought some, and the owner kindly froze it in the hotel's freezer for us to take home the next day. We were very grateful. Speaking of food, there's a night market downstairs that stays open very late. We arrived late that day and ate there. We found a small shop called ”Harbin Mala Tang” and ordered clay pot rice noodles and Mala Tang, both of which were delicious and inexpensive. My daughter said it was better than Zhang Liang's. While eating, we heard a story: a delivery guy accidentally spilled some food while delivering to their shop, so he went back and bought a replacement to compensate the customer. The owner of this small mala tang (spicy hot pot) shop told the delivery driver, ”If this happens again, just tell me. I can forgo the money the shop makes, saving you a few yuan. You only earn so little in this sweltering heat...” Wishing this little shop booming business! I think Xining must be a warm city, where we encounter one heartwarming scene after another. This was just a brief stopover, but I'll definitely make a special trip back next time...

The smart toilet had a heating function, and free sanitary napkins were provided. Environment: As a newly opened hotel, there was virtually no smell of smoke, and they had implemented smoke-free measures. The floors and tables were also very clean. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly; they even folded our laundry for us.

Xining Jin'an Hotel is located in the north of the city, boasting a prime location and convenient transportation. The hotel is clean and tidy, with comfortable and bright rooms, and the staff provides warm and attentive service. It offers excellent value for money, practical facilities, and a great overall stay, making it a top choice for travelers and highly recommended.
