Service: The service was good, offering pick-up and drop-off from the station, and the driver was very friendly. Location: Very close to the train station, a 5-minute drive. Breakfast: The food was tasty, but the portions were too small. Ambiance: The hotel is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of surfaces to place belongings, which is very convenient. Drawbacks: The sound insulation between floors is poor. I could hear thumping noises from the upstairs room late at night, and I also clearly heard hangers clanging against something from upstairs, possibly due to pipe connections.

The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout and a full set of toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, while the location was convenient. The hygiene details were excellent. Overall, it was clean and cozy, making for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The location is great, not far from the train station, and close to attractions and food streets, making getting around super convenient. The room was very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. All the hotel staff were warm and attentive, answering all our questions and even proactively helping us plan our itinerary. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—it is very close to the station and situated right on the main road, making it extremely easy to find and reach. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. The best part is the convenience. Everything you need is just a few steps away—there are supermarkets, great restaurants, and local markets right around the hotel. Taxis and local transport are readily available just outside the property, making traveling around Siliguri completely hassle-free. From cleanliness to connectivity, this hotel is top-notch. I had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here. 我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

The room was very clean. The staff was very good. They helped us upgrade the room type for free. They also sent a lot of things. It happened to be the last day of the Great Northwest. It was also the best night to sleep.

The hotel's location is great, and they have a free parking lot. The front desk staff, particularly a young lady who went by 'Serta Mattress' (or maybe that was her name, it's a bit unclear!), was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. She showed me the rooms, helped me compare prices, and even upgraded my room type. She also recommended some night markets. The breakfast was very good too, so I decided to extend my stay!

Location is close to many eating places and dong guan mosque which is good. However, the bed and pillows were too hard for a comfortable rest. Toilet towels provided were all disposable, which was different from the photos. Room was smaller than what the photos were showing. For a non-smoking room, it sure smelt of cigarettes alot. This was because of weak enforcement of the no smoking rule. Other hotel guests were smoking in the corridors.
