They provide daily yogurt, and all the in-room amenities, from packaging to quality, are excellent. It's clean and quiet. The location is superb, within walking distance to the train station, Dongguan Mosque, Xianan Pass Street, and 'Hand-Grabbed Mutton Street'.

The Vienna Hotel on Delingha Road in Xining truly exceeded my expectations! Located in a prime location on Delingha Road in the Chengdong District, it's surrounded by a mature commercial area with supermarkets, fruit markets, and numerous halal restaurants, making life incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless, with a warm and elegant European style. The bedding is a custom-made Sweet Dreams Bed from a reputable brand, ensuring a restful sleep. There's a reliable 24-hour hot water supply, excellent bathroom facilities, and fast Wi-Fi. The front desk staff are attentive and patient, proactively offering information on local attractions and dining options. The free parking is ample and convenient for those driving. The breakfast selection is extensive, authentic, and the service is prompt and attentive to detail, making it an excellent choice for accommodation in Xining!

I really love the atmosphere here. I'm a regular guest, and everyone is always so welcoming each time I visit, especially Xiao Chen, who is particularly lively and polite. The overall vibe among the staff is great too. Thumbs up! Plus, the location is convenient, close to the train station.

The rooms are not very soundproof, and the bathroom I found was not very clean... but that's because of the other guests, not the manager! The owner can speak English and can guide you to access your room independently, without the need to check in physically.

The room environment is OK, the whole house is heated. The reception lady is also very good. The first big room to stay in is too bad, because there is office demand and light is needed. The hotel is well-equipped for the price. There's no air conditioning, but the customer service provided us with an electric heater, which was very much appreciated.
