The hotel is located in the city center, which is convenient if you're driving. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. You don't have to go far, as the hotel's second-floor restaurant serves authentic Northwestern cuisine. My only complaint is that there are too few elevators, so you often have to wait several rounds to get on one, especially during breakfast.

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. A special mention goes to our first room, which was on the top floor. The water heater made a very loud noise due to continuous heating, making it impossible to sleep. After we reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even gave us two breakfast vouchers, which was a pleasant surprise and very touching! A really great hotel, highly recommended!

I stayed on a high floor in a renovated room, which had a modern and elegant design. The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows all felt luxurious. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom was spotless. The toiletries provided were from Herborist. The biggest surprise was the concierge service for luggage both at check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that in the evenings, many guests were quite drunk, which made using the elevators uncomfortable. The quality of other guests was a bit hard to comment on. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it's a great choice for those who appreciate a refined lifestyle.

The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Highly recommended hotel! Firstly, the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and professional. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room based on availability, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.

I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Daxinjie Night Market and Mojiajie Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for evening strolls and grabbing snacks. You can even enjoy your market finds in the hotel's restaurant, which has a fantastic ambiance. I loved that the indoor plants were real! The rooms are equipped with Tmall Genie for smart controls and music, and there's a mini-fridge – perfect for chilling Xining's famous yogurt. The front desk staff even upgraded my room, which was a nice bonus. A major plus is that the hotel rooms have individual air conditioning, a rarity in Xining. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a very satisfying rest.

(1) The classification of garden-style hotels is simple and worthy of its name. The rooms are all in low-rise villa-style buildings hidden in the garden. The garden landscape is very large. It takes at least 40 minutes to walk through the entire hotel greenery. There are at least dozens of flowers, plants and trees. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet. (2) The hotel has relatively few automated things, but there are also advantages. There is no light pollution from any electrical appliances after turning off the lights in the room. (3) The hotel breakfast is very delicious. It can be seen that the ingredients are not sloppy and the cooking is meticulous. The vegetables are carefully fried instead of boiled and oiled. For example, the stems of snow peas are not torn cleanly. The vegetables are good and everything else is good. I especially like fried dough sticks and fried cakes. They are delicious, crispy but not greasy, and there is no residual oil at all. I booked a day and extended it for another day. Unfortunately, I got up late the next day and didn’t have breakfast. It was a pity. (4) The service is very professional, not just good but professional (5) There are some imperfections, such as the old decoration, but the flaws are not enough to cover the merits The geographical location, decoration materials, space environment, and exquisite food are already hardware that is difficult to put together. In short, I will stay here again next time I come.

The room type was great, and the facilities were well-equipped. It's right next to Mojia Street, making dining and sightseeing very convenient, and the transportation is also excellent. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel; it's easy to find being on a main street, and getting there from the high-speed rail station was also quite convenient.
