I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. It's right across from CITIC Plaza, and a short walk up takes you to Wangfujing Plaza, making shopping very convenient. Food deliveries can even be brought up by a robot, and if the robot isn't available, the delivery person brings it up instead. The front desk service was also very friendly; check-in was quick, and any questions or issues were addressed promptly. Overall, I really liked it. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is a buffet style and quite tasty, especially the handmade beef noodles and steamed buns, which were very flavorful.

During this stay, the store service staff was warm and thoughtful, attentive and caring, took the initiative to help solve the needs, cleaned the rooms clean and tidy, treated people gently and politely, and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you very much for your attentive service, it is worthy of praise!

Check-in: The system was sluggish, and the front desk claimed the internet was down again. Room: We booked for two adults and one child, but the pillows weren't adequately provided. The mini-fridge price list for drinks was on the minibar, but the mini-fridge was empty, so what's the point of the price list? Bathroom: The liquid toiletries were of poor quality, yet they still branded them with the Sanyu logo. The hairdryer was a terrible choice. Breakfast: A complete disaster! No one to seat guests, it was chaotic, and despite many staff members, they were all just milling around with extremely low efficiency. Breakfast hours were 7:00-10:00, and we went at 8:30. The food quality was poor, and the kitchen's on-site management was terrible. I asked for an omelet, and they flat-out said no, only fried eggs, with a firm and take-it-or-leave-it attitude! I was shocked. How did Trip.com select this hotel? How do they supervise and evaluate it? The milk quality was poor, there was no freshly squeezed juice, the coffee was bad, the desserts and bread had no variety and poor quality, and the yogurt wasn't refrigerated nor was it on ice… Complaint Handling: I tried to find the F&B director at the restaurant, but it was the weekend, and he was off. No one in charge was willing to come out. I called Trip.com, who handled it professionally, and then I received a call back from a lobby manager who was clueless. I requested to speak with the hotel's duty manager, and the person who called back was a man responsible for the kitchen, which was fitting. He immediately asked how I wanted to resolve it, implying he wasn't really concerned. I listed out all the issues one by one, and he replied, 'Minor oversight.' Nothing was resolved. Additional points: 1) Unused 'clean' linens and bathrobes were stored in the laundry cart. 2) When checking out at 11:35, there was no one at the front desk, only two concierges, who said everyone had gone for lunch. Excellent management! 👍

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and attractions, just a few minutes' walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. A special mention goes to our first room, which was on the top floor. The water heater made a very loud noise due to continuous heating, making it impossible to sleep. After we reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even gave us two breakfast vouchers, which was a pleasant surprise and very touching! A really great hotel, highly recommended!

Very nice, comfortable and clean place to stay. Close to stores, cafes and restaurants. Not far from the trainstation and easy to haul a taxi. Great rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice area to sit near reception with very tasteful free tea. As they couldn't make me a bubble tea on the spot the receptionist offered to order take away and ended up offering it to me as a welcome gift to China🙏

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There's a laundry room, which was really convenient, and the hotel is located near a food street, so finding places to eat was easy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the transportation was very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I stayed on a high floor in a renovated room, which had a modern and elegant design. The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows all felt luxurious. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom was spotless. The toiletries provided were from Herborist. The biggest surprise was the concierge service for luggage both at check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that in the evenings, many guests were quite drunk, which made using the elevators uncomfortable. The quality of other guests was a bit hard to comment on. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it's a great choice for those who appreciate a refined lifestyle.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and it's close to major business districts and a night market food street, which is super convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby. Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.
