Great Service at the Sebel Serviced Apartment. Last time we asked for support since the room was very warm at night. This time they immediately brought some fans and humidifier to make our stay pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is great as always and the staff fast, kind and helpful.
We can highly recommend it.

We loved our two bedroom apartment at Sebel which is attached to Sofitel. The decoration and layout was so comfortable. We also appreciate the French touch of the design. I wished that quarantine hotels in China will be of this quality. I can stay in for 2 weeks.

The housekeeper Xiao Yang provides meticulous service. It is convenient to have a refrigerator and a washing machine when bringing children. I will stay here again next time.

Sofitel Hotel left me with a very good impression. When I checked in, Xiao Ai, the housekeeper, was at the front desk. When she learned that I had altitude sickness, she took the initiative to apply for oxygen cylinders and rhodiola rosea from her boss. During my stay, she was always concerned about my stay experience and physical condition. Her service attitude was very warm and impressive.
