The service was professional and friendly with staff willing to go the extra mile by bringing my luggage to the room and providing a fruit plate. The room had a beautiful view of the city. I had the rare choice of taking a bath or shower in a room with a modern, but cozy freshly decorated appearance.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

As expected of an old hotel in Xining, the lobby is luxurious and classy. The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable and warm with sufficient heating. The parking lot is large and parking is convenient.
