首先我在平台上提前兩天預訂的房間想着到時候入住房間方便點，誰知道到了酒店進入了入住房間，房間處於最偏僻的角落位置，一開始都沒找到在哪，房間在走廊盡頭消防通道安全門裡麪，一開門就是消防通道樓梯口，環境很壓抑，我提前預訂的房間為什麼給我安排了這樣一間偏僻的房間，而且想要換房還沒有其他房間了，後面也是住了進來，誰知道在床上躺着呢，突然發現枕頭上有一衹蟲子，特別噁心，幸虧發現了，要是沒發現半夜鑽進耳朵裏面這個責任誰付！

整體設施硬件條件都不錯，本身衝著温泉來的，搜到的唯一一家温泉酒店，也沒有停車場，訂房間贈送洗浴，結果告知女賓部沒有泡池，訂的標間給了個大床房的房卡，到房間發現衞生紙也沒有，浴巾還缺了一條，讓他們給送了一下，連抱歉也沒有，服務一般

第一次來新密辦事，選的這家賓館，整體還不錯，因為也算比較新開業所以設備衞生都還不錯，下面有温泉可以洗浴，設施簡單但洗還是不錯。房間設備還可以。性價比挺好的，早餐是送到房間的

房間很好，就是贈送的洗浴小孩子也算一個，爸爸帶孩子洗了，媽媽就不能去洗，希望對帶孩子的家庭再優惠一份小童洗浴，其他都特別好，很滿意。
