The room was very average, the sofa was extremely dirty, the overall hygiene was not very good, and there was so much stuff on the table when eating. The lobby has a strong fragrance smell, which I don't like very much. There is a slight smell in the room, but it's not very strong. It was advertised that there were baby supplies but there were none. I went to the front desk and asked them and they said they had finished supplying them. The souvenir was originally from Fat Donglai, but they said they had finished sending it, and the last one was perfume. The late night snack looks dirty and the price/performance ratio is very low. The hotel is just across the road from Fat Dong Lai. It is very close and convenient for visiting Fat Dong Lai. There is also the Guandi Temple next to it. The location is amazing👍🏻 The room is very good and clean. It is not cold at all when I stay here and I sleep in the middle of the night. Kicking off the quilt when it's still hot. It was already past six o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. After checking in, we went shopping in Pandong Lai. It's not bad👍🏻I will stay here next time I come to Xinxiang.

The service was very good, despite it being a busy period of time in peak travel period. Also, there were a lot of weddings happening in the area, so there was some nice from other guests, but this was in no way the fault of the hotel itsself. The bath was good, but slow to fill and the jacuzzi mode didn't work, but I still had an enjoyable soak. The room itsself was nice but a little sloppy in some decoration. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, despite the firecrackers the next morning by the other hotel guests in celebration of the weddings. The morning breakfast was adequate without being exceptional. I would have preferred a better coffee, than just the sweet one provided but that is my own personal preference. Overall, I had an enjoyable time at the hotel in Xinxiang.

I notified the room service staff to clean the room at short notice, saying that I would have to wait about half an hour for a room to be cleaned. Although the lady at the front desk was nice, I still felt uncomfortable. No matter what the reason is, customers should be able to check in at any time after 14:00, but the room is not ready when they arrive. This is a management problem and I hope it can be improved. The hotel has late night snacks, thumbs up!

The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing.
I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

The location of this hotel is very good, not far from Fat Dong Lai, and the service is very attentive and enthusiastic. The waiter started to greet me warmly as soon as I entered the door. Because it was my first time to go to Fat Dong Lai and I didn’t know what to buy, so I asked the waiter if Fat Dong had any recommended products.
