剛開始在網上看酒店開業沒多久設施也過得去，但評分不高我還比較納悶，住進去之後清楚原因了：1、因為到店時間很晚了，拿衣服去洗衣房洗，洗衣機上放着一個一次性裝過洗衣粉的杯子，但裏面沒有洗衣粉，酒店連洗衣粉都不配難道是怕客人拿走你這價值連城的洗衣粉嗎？後來給酒店打電話安排了人送了洗衣粉過來。
2、更崩潰的事情來了，設定好洗衣程序確認洗衣機正常轉動後就回房間了，一個小時後準備來拿衣服看到洗衣機提示故障代碼，第一反應是不是酒店把水龍頭關了，確認後果然如此，出差這麼多年這個酒店的騷操作第一次碰到，水龍頭難道不是默認開啟嗎？這麼不想讓客户使用還設什麼洗衣房？
3、烘乾機倒是配了有，但是電源插頭也是拔掉的。
4、出電梯後整個樓層沒有燈，聲控還不靈敏，這就比較考驗入住女性的膽量了。
注：除了以上問題，酒店整體設施還可以

酒店外觀可好看了，一進門就感覺到了大氣，房間的設施齊全，整體環境很不錯，進了房間乾淨整潔，煥然一新，中間需要多一條浴巾客房服務人員也很快就送來了，態度熱情誠懇，非常不錯，設施非常齊全，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，環境優美，體驗感非常不錯

挺喜歡酒店的裝修風格的，尤其是大廳的裝修，房間也很大，我比較喜歡安靜點的，這家酒店算是滿足了我的這點要求了，服務也很好，有點感冒，客房的服務員就問我需要不需要薑湯，因為吃了中葯，所以就沒有要，總體來説服務和設施都挺好的，早餐我很好，就是大廳太大了！

位置可以，在高新區，旁邊就是兩個產業園，性價比也很高，早餐也比較豐富，整個酒店也很新，床墊躺着也舒服，酒店的服務很熱情，前台的小姐姐笑起來特別甜，提個建議，新酒店房間配備的物品再豐富一些最好
