On our departure day, our train wasn't until past 3 PM, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out time for free until 2:30 PM. Thumbs up!"

"The service was very poor. I drove here. Because it was a new car without a license plate, I needed to call the hotel in advance when entering. I called in advance several times when I came in and out. The second time, the door wouldn't open. A security guard came over and directly informed me that he wanted to charge me. He also had a bad attitude. I called twice and finally the door was released. After entering, the front desk and I asked the security guard to apologize, and the front desk explained that the security guard was off duty. I said: I will pay him 100 yuan and let him take a taxi. All he needs to do is apologize. In the end, the hotel had no results. I had a lot to do that day and originally wanted to check out and go to the hotel next door. It is recommended not to stay in this hotel again."

"I took my baby to stay in a superior double room. The room arranged by the front desk was very quiet at first and the location was good. I had to send my family off in the morning. My baby was sleeping in the room in the morning, so I went out. I guess my baby was not being honest when sleeping. I went outside the diaper pad and peed on the bed. The housekeeping department asked me to change rooms. Their attitude was very good. They said that I could just tell the front desk to change rooms. I went to the front desk to explain the situation, but the service attitude at the front desk was not special. Okay, they told me to change me to a very quiet room, but they changed me to a very noisy room. There were firecrackers, trumpets and drums in the afternoon until after 11 o'clock in the evening, and there were firecrackers again at about 5 o'clock in the morning. The sound of trumpets and drums is a particularly bad experience"

"We chose this hotel mainly because it's so close to Pang Donglai Restaurant; it's just a short walk and around the corner. There are many snacks near the hotel, but parking is quite expensive—10 yuan for 20 minutes… Parking a little further away would be better, around 40 yuan per day. We booked a family room; the beds were a decent size, and the single beds were also 1.35 meters tall, so they could be pushed together. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, although the floor was still a bit dusty."

"Friendly and polite staff. New hotel with modern facilities and rooms. The rooms are spacious and well arranged. I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, as my schedule was very tight. The hotel is a little isolated. The nearest shopping centre is around 2km from the hotel. The hotel staff can assist you in taking delivery at the hotel. Definitely stay again if I ever visit Xinxiang in the future. The only negative of the hotel is that, although the hotel is new, the power sockets accommodate only Chinese plugs and USBs, so if you are travelling from Europe, you should bring your own adaptor."
