"I took my baby to stay in a superior double room. The room arranged by the front desk was very quiet at first and the location was good. I had to send my family off in the morning. My baby was sleeping in the room in the morning, so I went out. I guess my baby was not being honest when sleeping. I went outside the diaper pad and peed on the bed. The housekeeping department asked me to change rooms. Their attitude was very good. They said that I could just tell the front desk to change rooms. I went to the front desk to explain the situation, but the service attitude at the front desk was not special. Okay, they told me to change me to a very quiet room, but they changed me to a very noisy room. There were firecrackers, trumpets and drums in the afternoon until after 11 o'clock in the evening, and there were firecrackers again at about 5 o'clock in the morning. It's the best all-season stay I've ever had. Unfortunately no photos were taken."

The rooms were updated, very clean, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. I will definitely book this hotel when I come back to China and would highly recommend to anyone!

You can also walk to the People's Park behind with your children. The location is really great. The breakfast in the store has a wide variety of options. I especially like the wontons cooked by the restaurant lady. She helped us adjust the flavor. It was delicious. I will choose this place again when I come to Xinxiang next time! Highly recommended~

WWuyuedetiankongTo be honest, the pictures of other guests on Ctrip are not deceiving me. I would give a full score of 5 for the room alone. There are a few unsatisfactory points: 1. The comments did not mention that the hotel is located on the 25th to 27th floors of the high-rise building, and there are offices downstairs. During peak hours (eating and checking out), the elevator has no air conditioning, and the crowded and narrow space is stuffy; 2. There are many consumer goods with price tags in the room, which are not found in any better-quality hotel nowadays; 3. The girl at the front desk was very nice when checking out, and kept asking you for a five-star review... The pictures are from the difference between the north and the south

It has complete facilities, a clean and tidy environment, and the service is very good (the reception ability of the front desk staff needs to be improved). Breakfast was very good. I stayed in this hotel for two days during my trip to Xinxiang City and it felt great. There is a lot of shopping and eating around, which is very, very convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to Xinxiang.
