新鄉，真的是一個有愛的城市。如果説胖東來服務周到，那麼這家雲墨的細節並不輸給胖東來。這次來了好幾天，都在家店。第二天續住大盤的時候服務員瞭解本人抽煙，特意放床頭口香糖。一直到昨天，下班進入房間後又看到床頭送了指甲刀套裝。還特意寫了祝福小紙條。總之呢，這種細節真的很到位。她們能真正考慮到顧客需要什麼，而不是刻意送一些用不上的伴手禮。這種舉措絕對能抓住回頭客。
