這是我住那末多酒店第一次給差評 真的非常非常生氣 首先花灑開裂導致無法正常洗澡 而且我洗澡洗到一半熱水突然變涼了 現在河南的天温差特別大 晚上特別冷 我想着等會我光着身子在衞生間蹲着 整個人要凍死 最後沒法了 我給酒店發消息 酒店服務也是非常迷惑哈給我回了一個問號❓ 我請問呢？我請問呢？？？這就是你們的服務啊？就這樣？然後回覆我説冬季洗澡時間為15分鐘 咋滴啊 入住你們酒店我必須要把控洗澡時間 怎麼？我多洗一分鐘多收我錢唄？啥意思啊 那你們酒店以後宣傳就説本店特色為洗澡時間15分鐘 前台還説什麼 兩個人洗澡中間要隔15分鐘 我的媽呀 這是什麼年代啊 我的天啊 現在誰家還這樣洗澡 真的是沒法吐槽 最後通過攜程人工客服交流這些問題酒店立馬轉**度 咋滴啊？害怕了？酒店服務不好 就別幹 別給客人添堵 你們乾的就是服務行業別説什麼一分價錢一分貨別説那麼多 最後提出來要求要派人過來換花灑 我光着身子洗澡洗一半蹲在廁所 還問我方便不方便 我咋方便？？？？心裏面沒有一點數啊？我中午打電話給前台説的不要尾房和電梯房 前台説的好的知道了 結果呢我過去了給的挨着電梯的房間 你們別説我辦理入住晚已經沒有了 我請問呢？那我提前打電話的意義是啥啊 昨天凌晨發生的這種事情 要不是太晚我直接連夜就走
