Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

This hotel is a ”treasure choice” for travelers! Staff are friendly and helpful.They waited for us in the airport to pick us up.The next day they send us back to the airport punctually. Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

Whenever I have an early flight, I always stay the night beforehand at the Xinzheng Airport. This month, I traveled to Chengdu and other destinations, choosing hotels that opened this year and all of them were excellent. So, I found the Hampton by Hilton online, and it was completely within my expectations. First, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived around 4:00 PM on Saturday, and the room I was assigned faced the construction site (a building that was still under construction), so the windows were still open, making it a bit noisy. I explained the situation and requested it, and they immediately upgraded me free of charge. Secondly, since I had an early flight and didn't have time for dinner, the hotel provided a packed breakfast for me upon arrival. Other post-booking services were also excellent. The room was also very clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I'll definitely be back!

The room was great, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room, provided free airport drop-off service, and gave us a small doll when we left. I will choose Novotel again when I travel to Zhengzhou in the future.

Great value for money, not too far from the airport (although there’s not much nearby, but easy to move by taxi in Zhengzhou) and staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very local but decent. Very clean
