前台：服務意識和服務態度非常的周到，很貼心的詢問入住目的，然後安排一個適合此次入住的房間。最後走的時候也會問客人入住體驗。
客房：客房部的姐姐也很專業，在打掃房間的時候看見你路過，也會主動打招呼。詢問我是否需要幫助。
早餐：早餐的種類不算多，但是營養分配很夠，麪條比較不錯。
總體：總體感受，房間安靜，停車場很大，服務周到，情緒價值體驗很高，性價比也是一絕，推薦各位不管是318旅遊，還是商務出差都是不錯的選擇，這個價格體驗，非常不錯，力薦！！！

設施：酒店很新應該是才開不久 設施都很齊全
衞生：去的時候阿姨剛好在打掃衞生 總體來説衞生還是不錯
環境：環境有點一般因為是在一個巷子裏面有點不好找 距離廊橋説遠不遠説近不近 窗外沒有什麼景色就是一棟小區樓 可以看見對面小區的在煮飯
服務：很好 當天下雨了還問我需不需要傘 回來的時候還幫我開車門幫我打傘

香醇咖啡（無限續杯）:在前台，咖啡豆現磨的，豆子不錯的。
設施：不錯的，屋裡有茶台，前台也有的。
衞生：很乾凈的，不錯

初次到雅安，沒想到會如此暖心。剛到酒店，下着大雨，門迎大叔過來指揮停車，幫拎行李箱。客服小姐姐也非常耐心回答我的各種疑問。酒店的設施衞生更不用説，以後來雅安必須是唯一住所。

這是第二次來雅安，這次住酒店比上次好太多，停車場大爺，前台服務員都特別好，前台送了免費的酸辣粉還有小麪包，房間也很乾凈，周邊吃喝都方便！
