The room is clean and tidy. The high area is also relatively quiet. The breakfast is satisfactory. The service staff is also very enthusiastic"

"Big shoutout to Doro Xiao at the front desk! Our stay with the little one this time was absolutely delightful! We called ahead to request a bed rail, and not only was it securely installed when we arrived, but they also had kids' toiletries waiting in the room. They even helped us book a time to see the pandas, which our child loved! What was even more touching was that on Mid-Autumn Festival, Doro specially delivered a handwritten greeting card and mooncakes 🥮. Her service was warm and meticulous throughout, and she even recommended family-friendly sightseeing routes, thinking of everything for us. Encountering such a thoughtful staff member made staying at the hotel the warmest memory of our trip. We'll definitely look for Doro again next time!"

"Choosing the right hotel for this trip to Ya'an was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is absolutely impeccable, right next to the bus station and National Highway 318, making it incredibly convenient whether you're driving or transferring. The covered bridge for nighttime views is just a few minutes' walk away, eliminating any detours. The room was cleaner than expected, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, instantly relieving travel fatigue. The bathroom was also spotless, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The receptionist was warm and professional, patiently answering all my travel questions and even proactively upgrading my room. They also provided complimentary ******* tea, perfect for a relaxing chat over a cup of fragrant tea – a truly authentic Ya'an experience. The hotel has convenient parking, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. From the facilities to the service, everything was impeccable, offering exceptional value. The leaves are yellow and have not been replaced. The breakfast is really disappointing, with too few varieties. The breakfast at the Yilin Hotel where I stayed on the first day in Ya'an is not as good as that of the Yilin Hotel The ground is very slippery and even adults have difficulty walking steadily. The restaurant staff all wear sports shoes to work to prevent slipping. (Shocked) The child broke his face, but no one took it seriously. The housekeeper said that the hotel had only been open for three months and was indeed poorly maintained. The protective film on the floor in the room was not cleaned and the sink was also in a bad state. It was probably because there were too few staff."

"From booking to check-in, the entire process was very smooth. The hotel can also help arrange a taxi to pick you up from the high-speed rail station in advance; the taxi fare is 50 RMB (cost price). If you feel cold in Bifengxia, you can easily add a thicker blanket; the attention to detail is excellent. The bathroom facilities were complete, the water pressure was strong, and the shampoo and shower gel smelled wonderful. The breakfast was quite substantial, a great way to start the day. The hotel service deserves special praise! The receptionists were warm and professional; I felt a sense of belonging as soon as I arrived. They proactively helped with my luggage, quickly checked me in, and patiently answered all my questions. This is also a must-see on the 318 National Highway, so many people who drive along the 318 stay here. It's great for both leisure and business trips; we always stay here when we travel for work! Both the service and the rooms make you feel incredibly welcome. Any needs during our stay were met with prompt response, whether it was room service or parking directions. The staff were always courteous and attentive to detail. There are many places to visit in Ya'an. Watching the seagulls on the Qingyi River was a great experience, and the hotel environment was excellent. Overall, the experience was excellent and I was extremely satisfied!
