"It was a fantastic stay. Firstly, this hotel in Ya'an was easy to find. We arrived early and there was always parking available. The front desk lady was very attentive and helped with check-in. The service was excellent, including two delicious egg tarts. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete amenities. There was even a self-service washing machine on the first floor, which was convenient for us as travelers. The bedding was very comfortable. The surroundings are excellent, the location is great, and there are plenty of snacks! The whole atmosphere was great. I could hear the Sichuan front desk lady greeting me every time I came in and out. I will book here again on my return trip."

"The one that stands out in Holiday Inn Express! The location is near the covered bridge. The self-parking lot is large and suitable for self-driving. It is very convenient to get in and out. There are also many restaurants around. In the passage from the lobby to the elevator, there are some introductions to the old Xikang and some (recommended) restaurants around the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The high area is also relatively quiet. The breakfast is satisfactory. The service staff is also very enthusiastic"

"Big shoutout to Doro Xiao at the front desk! Our stay with the little one this time was absolutely delightful! We called ahead to request a bed rail, and not only was it securely installed when we arrived, but they also had kids' toiletries waiting in the room. They even helped us book a time to see the pandas, which our child loved! What was even more touching was that on Mid-Autumn Festival, Doro specially delivered a handwritten greeting card and mooncakes 🥮. Her service was warm and meticulous throughout, and she even recommended family-friendly sightseeing routes, thinking of everything for us. Encountering such a thoughtful staff member made staying at the hotel the warmest memory of our trip. We'll definitely look for Doro again next time!"

The private hot spring, hidden along a winding path, creates a wonderful ambiance, complemented by a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating, making our stay in the mountains warm and comfortable, not damp at all. The facilities are complete and the attention to detail is impressive; even the small items show how much thought was put in. Overall, it's clean and cozy. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and there's a wide selection of meals. It's truly perfect for a relaxing getaway."

"This hotel was the perfect surprise in Ya'an! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its wabi-sabi aesthetic. The interplay of natural wood and play of light and shadow was gentle and soothing, a true hidden gem in the city. The room was spotless, the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up, and the courtyard view from the window was a huge bonus – so idyllic! The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Ya'an Railway Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Enjoying afternoon tea in the garden and relaxing by the pool in the evening – staying here made me feel completely at ease. It's a treasure hotel I'd definitely stay at again and again!"

"The hotel design is really good, with a strong artistic atmosphere, a good location, beautiful scenery, and a feeling of entering a natural oxygen bar. There is a private bath in the room, butler service, very considerate Problem: The room price is high, but the sanitation does not match the price The green plants in the rooms and public areas are not well maintained. The leaves are yellow and have not been replaced. The breakfast is really disappointing, with too few varieties. The breakfast at the Yilin Hotel where I stayed on the first day in Ya'an is not as good as that of the Yilin Hotel The ground is very slippery and even adults have difficulty walking steadily. The restaurant staff all wear sports shoes to work to prevent slipping. (Shocked) The child broke his face, but no one took it seriously. The housekeeper said that the hotel had only been open for three months and was indeed poorly maintained. The protective film on the floor in the room was not cleaned and the sink was also in a bad state. It was probably because there were too few staff."

The breakfast, served in a charming nine-compartment style, was also very generous and varied. Our room's floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for photos, allowing you to just unwind and gaze at the lush green views all day long, which felt incredibly therapeutic. It was a truly delightful stay!"

"From booking to check-in, the entire process was very smooth. The hotel can also help arrange a taxi to pick you up from the high-speed rail station in advance; the taxi fare is 50 RMB (cost price). The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any problems. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep well all night. If you feel cold in Bifengxia, you can easily add a thicker blanket; the attention to detail is excellent. The bathroom facilities were complete, the water pressure was strong, and the shampoo and shower gel smelled wonderful. The breakfast was quite substantial, a great way to start the day. It's a 10-minute walk from the scenic area, and they even offer a free shuttle service. Overall, this hotel left a very good impression on me, and I recommend it to other travelers. High cost-performance ratio, clean and hygienic, and safe."

However, the hot spring is good. 3 points is not enough."
