Eventhough I cannot speak Mandarin, they went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The room and bed are super comfortable and the tea experience was very enjoyable too. Below the building you have a lot of food spots available as well as a daily market and food market on the parallel street to the west of the city. I enjoyed my stay in Ya’an and would definitely love to come back. It is a very laidback city with very generous people.
