Eventhough I cannot speak Mandarin, they went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The room and bed are super comfortable and the tea experience was very enjoyable too. I enjoyed my stay in Ya’an and would definitely love to come back. It is a very laidback city with very generous people. PS the Panda Base in Bifengxi is a must visit - along with the scenic spot of Bifeng Georg and the suspension bridge.
